I'd pretty much want any space ship, but if I had to choose I'd go for one of the SRF ships from Star Ocean: The Last Hope. I like the design and the thing wouldn't be so overly complex that I wouldn't be able to figure out how the run the damn ship. Then go zipping around the galaxy.

I mean, practically speaking, I'd want the portal gun and the gravity gun, though maybe highly advanced forms of them so that I could wear them like wristwatches. And maybe something to either fly or teleport. Or both. Since the topic is game items.... maybe a scroll of Fly (permanent) and a scroll of wish, which I'd used for at will dimension doors. And maybe semi-permanent haste. Something I could turn on an off, ya know?
That all being said, more than any item, I'd like Boo. Seeing as that would mean Minsc would have to come along as well. And, since I want Happy Minsc, we'll also assume Dynaheir as well. So that Irenicus can't hurt any of them.
