Dragon Age, no contest. Game of the decade as far as I'm concerned
Honorable mentions go to borderlands, batman, and I've heard uncharted 2 was very good but I don't have a ps3. l4d2 will likely be great, but nothing surprising, mw2 can suck a dick, assassin's creed 2 will be much better than the first one but that will only put it on the level of a good solid game, and bioshock 2 won't be out this year

a friend of mine stated that Uncharted 2 had already won
weird, he doesnt get into the web that much and i am in touch with the gaming community much more than he is, but he was so damn asertive about it that i began to believe him... and i havent even seing ingame footage of the thing

Of what we've seen, Dragon Age: Origins is my personal favourite. I'd tried out Borderlands, and, while fun, it doesn't seem to have enough bulk, just good replayability (especially if you want to try out as many guns as you possibly can). I'm hoping AC2 is good enough to compete with MW2.
It would have been a few more interesting contest had all developers not pushed their games back to Q1 2010.

Borderlands, Left 4 Dead 2, and Assassin's Creed II. I know 2 of those haven't come out yet, but the Left 4 Dead 2 demo is great and Assassin's Creed II just looks like Game of the Year material if you look back on past Games of the Year.
