Yeah these types of things come up more often now that we're given more freedom in games the times when it is restricted seems to stand out more. I can still remember the "seesaw" puzzle in HL2 and wondering "why can't I just climb up this ledge that's slightly too high to jump over?" I understand they were trying to teach us an in-game physics lesson for later on, but it still bothered me somewhat.irishstormtrooper said:That "puzzle" in HL2 in Ravenholm when there was a wire connecting an electrified fence to a power source. OT: Rainbow Six: Vegas. I installed the game, started the first mission, realized that I couldn't jump AT ALL (ankle-high walls and ledges seemed impassable!) and then quit the game, un-installed it and haven't touched it since...
