Game soundtracks: what's good?

I reckon Bioshock had a good soundtrack though, theres nothing like beating a splicers face in with a wrench while tapping your foot to "Somewhere Beyond the Sea"

This is completely coloured by nostalgia.
But really. I grew up with this game. It was bound to leave an impression.

Definitely my favorites are the Final Fantasy series and the Kingdom Hearts series.

They aren't bangin', but they're just great. I love those games' music to death.

Also, Bioshock was pretty good with its whole retro '60s thing, I liked it. And Metal Gear Solid 3.
I also generally dig the Western RPGs' music (Morrowind, Oblivion etc).

Megaman 9 has one of the best game soundtracks I've ever heard.

Okami has a wonderful soundtrack too, and there are a number of great numbers in No More Heroes, as well.

Super Mario Galaxy has some wonderful pieces too.
