Oh, yes, I forgot to mention Strategy RPGs. I'm not talking about RTSes; I've never really played any of those. No, I mean Final Fantasy Tactics, Disgaea, etc. While I love the above games for their stories, I just don't like the battle systems they use. I always stop playing those games after about ten battles (out of what seems like 1,000,000), no matter how much bravado I have before jumping into the games.

Halo 3: Incoherent story, cartoonish weapons, erratic difficulty.

This thread should require supporting arguments for the hatred.

One of my least favourite games is Super Smash Bros. Brawl. I've played it, and I honestly can't see why everyone loves this! The game play is repetetive, the storyline nonexistent, the hyped up players take forever to unlock, the controls are schizophrenic, and even in multiplayer it's boring. If anyone can explain why this is a popular game, please tell me!

I didn't ask that the hatred be reasonable. Some games just tick you off for no apparent reason.

Halo 2 and 3
MMORPGs in general
All Final Fantasy games
Super Smash Brothers Brawl, the first one is still the best
Mario Kart in general

I'll agree that I don't like Brawl, I barely consider it a fighter, but I must disagree on one part. I unlocked all the characters in a matter or 30 minutes. All you do is go to special brawl set HP to 1 for everyone except you and put the flowers on everyone. My friends were mad when they saw how I had everyone, and they were pushing through that BS story mode.

Any sports game.
Final Fantasy's 8, 10, 10-2.
Don't necessarily hate FF7, but I don't see why it's so popular. FF 1-6 were much better.
Halo series.
Gears of War series.
Fable series.
Elder Scrolls series.
Resistance 2 (Does that count right now? I didn't like the beta, thought #1 was better)
Kingdom Hearts series
Call of Duty 2-4
GTA games
Civilization games
Sims games
Resident Evil series
World of Warcraft
Guitar Hero/Rock band - I mean, it was fun the first few hours, but it gets pretty boring afterwards.
Command & Conquer series
Any racing game

Probably some more, but I can't think right now. Wow, I hate a lot of games.

EDIT!: I thought of more! The FFTA series, FFT is one of my favorite games, but that judgment/law system, whatever it's called, can go die.

Edit2: Wii sports, Wii fit, any of that kind of crap. I'm not a housewife.
So you play brain age and pong? Jesus what do you play?

Bioshock was just ok to me. Vita-chambers sucked, enimies were alot alike, the story did ABOSOLUTLY nothing for me. Shadow again was just ok. Story never hooked me. and the Col. just didnt impress me at all. I didnt like the trecking all over the world to find the thing and the whole STAB THE GLOWY THING just to me out of it.

Pretty much any installment of Grand Theft Auto. I can only drive around in a sandbox for so long before I am reminded that, yes this is a sandbox and cats tend to use those as bathrooms.

Also I intensely disliked COD 4. So much gritty brown.

You're entitled to you own opinion, but I'll just say this anyway.

Vita-chambers sucked? They bring you back from the dead! That's pretty fantastic, I'd be pleased with anything that brought me back from the dead. Although I do agree enemies were somewhat similar.
I can't really argue with you about what your view was on the story, since it is your view, not mine. I personally found the story rather good, certainly not something that would warrant an award of any kind but the "would you kindly twist" alone puts it up among the better game story lines.

But I would like to (helpfully) point out that if you are going to put a word in caps to give it greater meaning, the effect is lost somewhat when it is misspelled.

The Dead or Alive series. Hentai fodder and cliche males didn't excite me (especially not in the dirty fanboy way Itagaki banked on) and it was damn near masochism to fight Omega (?) the boss from DOA 3 that HURTS YOU BY FALLING DOWN all while at a knee-level perspective.

I don't HATE Psychonauts, but it became overrated to call it underrated. It was funny and interesting to look at, but the gameplay was typical platformer.

The Dynasty Warriors series. I don't remember if I actually played a full hour of ANY of the games, but factor in how repetitive the series is, playing at Wal-Mart and my stiff neck and it might as well be spending all day with this cultural exercise in monotiny.

Final Fantasy 8. "Gee you know what's a great idea? Fighting a boss and random encounters during a COUNTDOWN!"

Lol good call ninja on the spelling, sorry. The would you kindly twist is what i really didnt like. I felt like it was just not that WOW(spelled right) moment everyone else see's it as. i agree with you to each his own and i'm not going to flame Bioshock sucks or anything. About the chambers i agree its cool they bring you back but there is no penalty for when you die
