Halo(s) goes without saying. I don't hate it but it's never really been worth the praise it gets.

My thoughts exactly. I find it to be Ok every once in a while playing with a few friends, but it gets boring very quickly. I find it to just be kind of, standard.

bioshock, team fortress all the NEW tom clancy games.

rainbow six 3 was the best tactical shooter ever. Ghost recon was pretty sweet too.

I really hate Gears of War, but everyone else thinks its great. Tell me games you hate that everyone Loves.

Oblivion. Dear god, this is easily my biggest culprit. I can not hate that game enough, but according to reviewers and other people it was great.
Did I play a completely different game to those people, or am I just realistic enough to see that not everything Bethesda spews out can be seen through rose-coloured glasses?
You can't decorate or disguise shit.

Most people in free-for-alls or public team games are real dicks...

Most duelists, on the other hand, get excited about new players growing their community.

Unless you're talking about Halo or CS, in which case, yes, everyone's a dick.

I find games that don't have friendly fire turned on have less dicks, like Gears 2 or TF2.

This is probably why Halo 3 is full of dicks.

Cod 4 and GTA 4. COD because Ifelt it lead me by the nose (although it was very pretty). And GTA just bored me. It was to imbedded in realism to be fun for me.

Sims series. I've played number 2, it's nothing special.

Halo 3/ODST. It got more attention than the second coming of christ and the voice-acting, graphics and gameplay are sub-par. Decent game, just not what everyone makes it out to be. Firefight is fun, though

Call of Duty series. Overhyped, too easy and I've played better FPS (Resistance series, Killzone 2, Bioshock, Bad Company, etc.)
