Lunar needs another proper game. Lunar 1 & 2 are two of my favorite old school RPGs, but Lunar Dragon Song's combat/experience/quest systems were pure crap, I couldn't even stand playing it long enough to see if they had a decent story. There's so many good possibilities too, even if they didn't want to do a proper Lunar 3. Could do a prequel to Silver Star Story about the 4 Heroes, or proper sequel to it about some events mentioned in Lunar 2 that I wont spoil for anyone who hasn't played the games (and should track a copy down and get at it).

Shogo: MAD needs a sequel too, or a remake, it was old enough that I'd like to see a more modern game design take on the world and characters.

Bungie's Oni needs a sequel too. Been a while, but I think they left some unanswered questions at the end. Also, the hand-to-hand/gun combat mix was fun. Had a few design issues but Bungie has had a lot more experience since then.

Also, a proper 2D Metroid sequel, which I could see actually happening with all of Nintendo's retro love the last few years. Oh, and another 2D Zelda: Four Swords game, I loved that game, it was just way too hard to get enough people with GBAs around one screen.

As for my contribution, Nintendo you sons of bitches get to work on Pikmin 3. After canceling NA's new play control Pikmin 2 you owe us this. (not really but I'm still hurt they'd do that to us, especially since everywhere else still got the game)
I was fairly certain Miyamoto had confirmed Pikmin 3 was in development?

then again, so is Beyond Good & Evil 2, which Ubisoft has basically said may never be finished and/or released, which is quite possibly the single most evil thing they could do to anyone who adored the first game half as much as I did. Why would you do that, Ubisoft?! Do not deny me more Jade!

Oh, and I think a Mirror's Edge 2 would be sweet.

Space Rangers. Well, it already has one sequel, but it needs another. One that retains the things that are awesome while doing away with the things that are not. Also, better translation.

Anachronox! Awesome game, even if its old now. The company made the dev team release the first half of the game as a stand alone because of time constraints then the whole company went under. I'll never know how it was supposed to end

Dungeon Keeper 3... why did they stop it?
Theme Hospital 2 - should be made (but keeping with the theme hospital style, no 3d!)
Vampyre the Masqurade
Arcanum
Black and White 3 - needs making (am I the only one that loved black and white? Especially the origional)

Edit: After thinking about it I also want 'Toonstruck 2' to get back into production. I loved the 1st one. Ill probably keep coming back and adding to this list

I wouldn't mind an Evil Genius 2, and considering Rebellion bought the rights a sequel might not be completely out of the question.
Also this. A very fun game that needed a proper skirmish mode

nightmare creatures, I have fond memories of it being my first M rated game.

It's a wonder I never got around to playing the PS2 sequel.

I'd like to see another Lock's Quest, but they finished up the story quite nicely in the first game, soo... I guess not? Maybe Luigi's Mansion or something, I dunno, I'm not a doctor.

Or am I?

Surprised there has been no mention of "Legend of Dragoon" in this thread yet. It still needs a sequel.

Maybe I gave the wrong idea there. Theme Hospital 2 and Dungeon Keeper 3 need to be made. They started on dungeon keeper 3 and then Bullfrog got disolved. Those are 2 games that will never see daylight

Heart of Darkness, the game that was THE game of my childhood and introduced me to gaming as a whole.

Epic, mind blowing, awesome game.
Well, the creator of that game is thinking of coming back to the gaming scene, so you could have a spiritual sequel in the near distant future.

Guardian Heroes gets my vote. Most Treasure games actually.

Aww nuts. I really liked that first game... *sigh* Guess I'll just go back to shooting people instead of saving them. Man, what a drag...

I've fanboyishly gleefully shouted this many times before, but HOMEWORLD3! Also:
-Evil Genius
-Rise of Nations/Legends
-C&C Generals (provided it (a) doesn't have the Ubisoft-esque DRM that EA is using now and (b) it doesn't suck major ass like C&C4)
-Startopia (absolutely amazing game, go try it now, it's just awesome)
-maybe another Dune RTS from the people at Petroglyph
-more city builders (preferably also ones that don't focus on Rome - Impressions nailed it with Zeus, Pharaoh and Emperor, now could we have, say, central America pre-Columbus or Scandinavia circa Dark Ages please?)
-Codename:panzers (combining the good parts of the WWII games and the Cold War installment, maybe set in Korea - unfortunately the devs went belly-up)
-the Earth series (2140-2150-2160, this time preferably with writers who are only semi-retarded and voice actors who actually give a crap)
-maybe another Heroes of Might & Magic game
-umm, that's it really.
