Lunar needs another proper game. Lunar 1 & 2 are two of my favorite old school RPGs, but Lunar Dragon Song's combat/experience/quest systems were pure crap, I couldn't even stand playing it long enough to see if they had a decent story. There's so many good possibilities too, even if they didn't want to do a proper Lunar 3. Could do a prequel to Silver Star Story about the 4 Heroes, or proper sequel to it about some events mentioned in Lunar 2 that I wont spoil for anyone who hasn't played the games (and should track a copy down and get at it).
Shogo: MAD needs a sequel too, or a remake, it was old enough that I'd like to see a more modern game design take on the world and characters.
Bungie's Oni needs a sequel too. Been a while, but I think they left some unanswered questions at the end. Also, the hand-to-hand/gun combat mix was fun. Had a few design issues but Bungie has had a lot more experience since then.
Also, a proper 2D Metroid sequel, which I could see actually happening with all of Nintendo's retro love the last few years. Oh, and another 2D Zelda: Four Swords game, I loved that game, it was just way too hard to get enough people with GBAs around one screen.
