I fell in love with this game when I was young.
But it was just so BAD! I hate that game so much.

OT:Rouge Trip:Vacation 2012.I seem to be one of the few who remember that marvel of a game.

the NES batman game. It came out the year that one of the movies came out and was VERY good. Probably because other than Batman himself, it had absolutely nothing to do with anything!

A link to google image search to maybe jog your memory of it- http://images.google.com/images?hl=en&source=hp&q=batman+nes&gbv=2&aq=f&oq=&aqi=g6

and wiki- http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Batman_(Nintendo_Entertainment_System)

Starfox Assault for the gamecube.
Best. Local Multiplayer. EVER!
me and my next door neighbour must have logged in over 50 hours in one summer.
Sniping from the wing of the very plane you where flying (which somehow miraculously stays on course)

unlocking new and varied weapons even after a good 30 hours of gameplay (stationary laser guided ATG missiles anyone?)

glitching the HELL out of the maps (I cant remember how many times I ditched an arwing just to get to the highest point in the map)

It was modern warfare meets halo meets gears of war, all in the starcraft universe

It required sunlight and last time I checked the sun hurts.. a lot.
There is no possible way that people wouldn't play a game because of the harmful effects of sunlight...

People poison their livers just to have a good time with alcohol. People go to McDonald's because it tastes good. The last of your worries would be getting killed by sunlight...

And the game just wasn't publicized.
I was making a joke and your right it was not well publicized and neither was Lunar Knights, which I think is in the same series.

One that I think is overlooked is Animaniacs on the SNES. You'd think it would suck, but it's actually pretty damn good even by gaming standards. There's a steep learning curve, and some parts come down to trial and error, but a very good game overall.

JET FORCE GEMINI? Oh God, I LOVED that game as a kid! I played it constantly; I can't believe I'd forgotten about it!
Great fucking game isn't it?

I never did beat it though. I got stuck on the part where you have to collect all the pieces to the spaceship.

Couldn't find the last piece.
To get the last one you have to rescue all the tribals which was TOO FUCKING HARD!!! I MEAN I HAD A PLAYERS\'S GUIDE AND I STILL COULDN'T DO IT!! Still, great game.
Oooohhh...that explains it.

I didn't have a walkthrough or anything so I just started doing random stuff like trying to complete all the times were you have to control the robot through the air ducts.
Well now that you know maybe you'll give it another try. Who know?
I would if it would still work.

When I was playing it one day, there was a minor shower (rain) and thunder.

But then there was a huge crack of thunder and lightening and the power went out.

When it came back up, my save was completely gone and it won't hold a save anymore.

I was so goddamn pissed.
I could give you an emulator site that could fix that. You know, if you want.
