San-andreas, I have it modded into some sort of dark abyss, I can fly, spawn a minigun, change my skin, preform any of the cheats, and play in super slow mo, with normal aim (V.A.T.S)

The sheer amount of lulz that can be acomplished in that game is unmissable.

Valve has a good sense of humor in just about all of their games. Left 4 Dead 1/2, Counter Strike, Team Fortress 2, Portal, and even Half-Life 2 had some funny parts.

I actually thought that Eat Lead was a very funny game, even if the game itself could have used some polish.

I found parts of timesplitters future perfect funny, i reckon i'm going to be beaten for saying that. Some terrible games are just hilarious in how truely horrid they are, this is especially true with voice acting.

That's not funny... it's terribly embarrassing and cringe-worthy.
Clearly you guys missed the point of that scene by several billion miles.
Everyone knows they are fake-laughing in that scene, but even that makes it no more tolerable.

The funniest thing about this scene is the synthesised horns playing throughout it. They're trying to be all serious and it sounds like somebody's playing the kazoo in the background.

These are the games that made me laugh the hardest:

Portal. If you like dark humor and hilarious dialog by a deadpan computer, you will absolutely LOVE this game!

Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door. If you want a game with Mel Brooks style humor, except clean, this is the game for you. Seriously, every chance they get, they put in a joke that you probably should have seen coming, but didn't.

Mario and Luigi (series). If you want a Mario RPG game that isn't Paper Mario, check these out. The humor mostly revolves around having lighthearted moments to balance out the more serious moments, but there's still some pretty funny stuff.

Earthbound. The turn-based combat in this RPG is generic at best, but what kept me playing it was the random humor. It has enemies such as the New Age Retro Hippie and the Annoying Old Party Man, a story scenario with a cult that wants everything in the world to be painted blue, moving to new areas by using a "pencil eraser" to remove giant pencils in the middle of the road, and a boss named Master Belch, who is basically a pile of puke with a face. The status effects are equally humorous. There's Hunger, which is cured by eating something, Homesickness, which is cured by calling your mom on the phone, and Mushroom Head, which makes a mushroom grow on your head that messes with the controls and is cured by having a doctor surgically remove the mushroom. Don't play unless you LOVE random weird humor, though. That's the only kind of humor this game has.

I haven't played Psychonauts, so I can't accurately judge that one.

I will. It's more then that they're fake laughing, they're BONDING. It's a scene which begins to establish Tidus and Yuna's relationship. And really it was not THAT bad, in fact considering fake laughing was what they were going for, I'd say they pulled it off quite well.

I'd say the opposite. They were already bonding, this just brought it to the surface. It was more about making the point that Yuna is the perfect person for Tidus, seeing as though she just made him laugh straight after he was told about
Sin being Jecht
The fake laughing was pretty terrible but you do have to admire that they actually tried it. Heck, fake laughing is quite hard.

two of your party members have to break you out of prison. Especially if you pick Oghren/Zevran, Leliana/dog (let her do the talking and she does quite a convincing "overly-affectionate pet owner" act), or Sten/anyone.
Wait what, you didn't pick
Morrigan/Dog and get the dog to do the talking?
I have done, but that particular one didn't come to mind at the time of writing, for whatever reason. I did make a point of saving just before the spoilered situation in a different slot, so I could see them all.

Either way, my point remains. It's been quite a while since I've played that game.

I have a pile of crazy funny games on my Free PC Game list. Check the forums here for the link.

One of the best is "I want to be the guy" and "I'm OK!"

Steambot Chronicles.

Many of the lines from the golden age of Final Fantasy (5,6,7) are quite humurous.

Portal.

Team Fortress 2 gets a mention because of their "Meet the..." vids. Those are comedic GOLD.

Conker, also.
Steambot chronicles... Now I'm a fan or JRPG's severely, but everytime I pick this game up in a store, I can't bring myself to buy it. It just looks bad. Looking on the back, it just reminds me too much of Dark Cloud (which was horrible).
Is it worth getting? I honestly can't find a decent opinion or review on whether the game is any good.
It's either from a Jrpg hater which is biased, or someone who has a friend who's owned it.
Is it worth the $34 I see it advertised for?
if you're fan of JRP's, you'll enjoy it. Keep in mind right now it's OLD, and ven then, the tech in it was average at best. However, the combat system was fun, as was customizing, and while the voices and songs are bad (Suffering from terrible Engrish translation), the musician minigames are fun and it can be very humorous.

Also, to add another to my list, the Disgaea series is also pretty good in terms of funny.

Yup, looking for games that will give me the lulz. Right now, I'm limited to Serious Sam 2. &I dont care if it's really reaalllly old, as long as I can play it on PC (even if that means using an emulator). It can even be a text adventure or have unbelievably horrid polygon graphics. Or maybe the only thing funny is the glitches (the Oblivion glitches were pretty damn funny).
Any of the Sam and Max series are hilarious. Ratchet and clank can be funny at times, also.
Oh yes, how can I have forgotten the original Sam & Max, or any of TellTale's games?

Final Fantasy eh? As in "so bad its funny" then?

Totally agree.

God Hand was hilarious because it was so absurd and the Ratchet and Clank games always gave me a good chuckle. If you really want balls-out, can't-breathe funny, play the Monkey Island series.
