Ugh GTA4, what went wrong between San Andreas and the mess that is GTA4. I was hoping if ignored it, don't play it or think about it it was going to remove itself from my shelf then burn itself in a corner all on it's own....but it won't.fenrizz said:Also GTA4

How could you, Rockstar? Why would you betray us like this?

Yeah, I know. I suspect that they are very, very evil and planned this all along!ThePocketWeasel said:I know *sniffles*fenrizz said:I do the same thing...

It took all the fun out of it and made the game really like YOU MUST DO THIS OTHERWISE YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ELSE.
And what was the driving everybody backward and forward about? I'm not a taxi driver.
I like your DP/Icon/Avatar/Thingymibob btw.
=.= They probably did. They knew people would buy it considering how amazing the previous ones had been. I'll be more wary of GTA games in the future.fenrizz said:Yeah, I know. I suspect that they are very, very evil and planned this all along!

You and me both, although my gripes with the game were less about the combat and more about how shallow and under developed the story was.pigeon_of_doom said:Mass effect. If it had just been less indecisive in regards to it's combat system then I would have enjoyed it much more. Not a bad game by any stretch, but I felt it wasn't anywhere near as good as it could have been.
I had those issues with the game as well. It didn't seem deserving of the praise it got, there was a lot of information in the codex but so little of it carried over into the game world.-Seraph- said:You and me both, although my gripes with the game were less about the combat and more about how shallow and under developed the story was.
Far Cry 2 is my pick too, though I was hoping for a more immersive and dynamic world with non-enemy NPCs more than anything else. As it was, the world didn't quite feel alive, and with the rather weak story it just wasn't as compelling as I had hoped it would be.That Dude With A Face said:Far Cry 2. It was a very good game, in my opinion, and was definitely much better than average. However, it could have been great if...YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO WALK ACROSS THE ENTIRE F****** CONTINENT OF AFRICA EVERY F****** TIME YOU WERE TOLD TO GO BLOW SOMETHING UP!!!!
