I meant sequels to games I've played (ie. I haven't played Daggerfall or Arena, Morrowind is the first which makes Oblivion a direct and only sequel to me), and I meant it in a pretty loose sense anyway (Baldurs Gate II is vastly better than BG, Sonic 3 & Knuckles is better than Sonic 1&2 etc).
Bioshock i didn't like mostly because of the inevitable leek that meant you had to go to Timbuktu and back just to get to your next objective. And the big loose-end tie is the most retarded thing ever. it pissed me off, At the begining i was thinking maybe i should just wait on the big lighthouse thing BUT NO.
Halo - should have never been on the XBox, I had a video demo when it was gonna be a PC game, had me really excited, then Microsoft came along with the Xbox and decided to use it as their flagship game, and Ive been pissed off ever since. That and it turns out it wasnt so great after all, the best thing about Halo is Red vs Blue ffs.

I've read a few game magazines that said Bioshock 2 bested the original in gameplay and story telling. PISH. That game was pure bile from start to finish. Assassins Creed 2 was also an incredible dissapointment. When my favourite part of a game set that's in Italy and follows the life of a master assassin is a Sim City clone then somethings went wrong.
Any of the newer FPS's... best FPS I've found in a while was COD 3. And thats a bloody PS2 game! Metal Gear Solid as a series (yawwwn). Dragon Age (not Origins) Don't know why I like the later one but not the original, but there it is.
