That stuff like
How did Master Chief become a spartan, he along with 149 other considered at a young age, 75 of those (including John) were kidnapped and replaced with Flash Clones who all died from Medical causes from flash cloning a human being, he was then trained into a spartan
how did johnson escape the flood, Johnson had Boren's Syndrome that prevented total Flood infection, he gained Regeneration powers, he killed his squad and may have been extracted from the swamp with Private Bisenti by Echo 419.
how many spartan II's were there, 75
and are there any left, 5, and the members of Grey Team and Class 3
are ALL answered
Origins of the flood, made as a bio weapon maybe, its not revealed
Terminals? Easter Eggs
Covenant conquering the galaxy, they were religious, why do violent religious types do anything, because its what they believe in.

It's almost all been explained
theres almost nothing to query, except who were the Forerunners, and where will Master Chief end up
:O you read the books?!? What's the point? I was so glad when they hinted at the MCs death, but was disappointed when they hinted at a sequel.

If I'm not mistaken (I've never played the game myself), Star Wars Galaxies was litteraly ruined by the fans, and of course the stupid devs that listened to them, when they released that update that made everyone and his mom able to be a jedi.

Halo. How can a game NOT be ruined by such rabid fanboys?

Kid: "Halo is the best game ever."
Me: "No it isn't. S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is much better."
Kid: "I don't even know what S.T.A.L.K.E.R. is, but Halo's better than it."

True story. Now, you may think Halo is better than S.T.A.L.K.E.R., but you can't judge without at least knowing a TAD bit about both games.

i got S.T.A.L.K.E.R i found it a littel hard to get in to but amazingly fun once i did.

also COD4 on 360 has a lack of the red bull addicted children that are one halo so stop saying they ruin it and just enjoy saying "i am a potato!" to all the french people.

p.s i mean say it in french, although the english direct transaleson is "i am an apple of the ground"

I have to say Metroid Prime: Hunters, New Super Mario Bros... infact i might as well say "Nintendo"

Everyone praised the control method in MP:H because it felt natural (whatever the heck that means), but the problem was that I am Left handed so that practically lowered my enjoyness rating some-what, yes I know there was a left handed control method, but try playing your favourite game (lets say Halo for arguments sake) and switching the analogue stick controls and moving all the action buttons to the d-pad. And see how much fun it really is.

Overall in my opinion, Nintendo has been overhyped, the only reason why i dont have a Wii is simply because of the fact the DS is overhyped to "chicken", 12 games and still bored after hours gameplay. Im just surprised that not much noise has been made about how the games seem to have re-occuring bosses (esp MPH)...

As for the argument that old games are in no way better than new games, try playing NSMB, then play SMW. Super mario world by far is the better game, but because NSMB is a new game and has better graphics, you'd probably claim that its the superior game.

European folklore :p

Awful lot of non-english stuff in there. Then again, awful lot of anlo-saxon stuff in there too.
One literary critic described Rohan as "The Anglo-Saxons with horses".

Sounds about right.

Super Smash Brothers

Those damn tournament fanatics keep limiting the game. No items, more than half of the levels banned from tournaments, I'd rather play Super Smash the way it was meant to be played. With items, and a good amount of unpredictability. Good thing Sakurai doesn't listen to his fans. Otherwise the only map in Brawl would be Final Destination v.2.
The reason that tournaments involve simple levels with no items is because items and large annoying levels give people who have no skill at all a good advantage. Rather than fight, they run around a huge map like a pussy until an item pops up. Which they then throw at the skilled player...

All the franchises/series/games in general that i feel have been ruined by fans;

1. Halo franchise: There is no denying that Halo is a good game, but when everyone is saying "Mashter ChiEF PwrONzors!" and "Halzot Is TeH beSHT game EVUR!" that really boils my blood.

2. Super Smash Bros. Frachise: I love the series, but the way the fans have totaly raped the series is really scary. I.E. (totaly inacurate) "Links Down-A move can do 12% damage each hit if hitted consecutively, Ness's Up-B can hit a stream of enemies and be used as a recovery technique, and HEY if i use a gun and reflect it back and forth and throw Peaches turnips in there i can make a FREAKIN BLACK HOLE!!!!1!!1!1!111!"

3. Nintendo Franchises in general: Same thing with the Halo franchises, they are good games, but way overrated. I have a friend who tries to find fault in every statement i make (and a Nintendo Fanatic) and when i said "Mario is mainly for kids" he starts ranting "Does every game that's not meant for kids have to have shooting and killing in it. Mario is plenty violent for the older audience, you jump on Koopas! Tell me that isn't violent!" and he goes on with his rant. True story.

I love making lists, they're so much fun.

rundown.
Halo
Mario Party games. fans ruined it by buying the first one and told nintendo they loved it enough to make more of them.
Zelda. they really need to do something with the Francise. just not the Paper Mario route.
World of Warcraft.
counter strike - cant get through 2 hours without getting yelled at by at least everyone.
Madden games- everything about them. quoteing Lewis Black. " i have a dad idea says a fan."
"and we can make it shittier."yells the EA staff.

i think Zelda is one, since ocarina of time the changes are not accepted very well, the majoras time system and the sailing with cel shading in wind waker come to my mind
Oh my god don't remind me. When Wind Waker came out I talked to many of my gaming associates about what I thought was a very fun game that tried to be different from its predecessors, albiet still following the same basic gameplay formula. And so many of them said that they had refused to even try it because you sailed around in a boat instead of riding a horse, and (god forbid!) you had to play with an artstye that was both beautiful and meshed with the game very well.
