~Baldur's Gate 2 Throne of Bhaal
An Epilogue to describe what happens to everyone, not to mention the final battle being satisfying.
~Dragon Age Origins
I loved that game's ending, being celebrated as a hero after defeating the big bad and talking to your party members afterwards was amazing.
~Fallout New Vegas
They went almost overboard on how much detail they put into that game's endings.
~Legacy of Kain: Defiance
I actually really loved that game's final narration
~Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal
After going through a second entire region you explored through the previous game, defeating all the gym leaders, and reaching the top of the final dungeon. You meet the protagonist of the previous game and fight him
It blew my 10 year old mind at the time.
~The Witcher
Oh god that ending was so epic
~Mafia
That game's use of crime movie's cliches were so spot on, that it got the ending down so perfectly I don't think any other crime related game could top it.
~Both Max Payne games
Given how they both start in media res, it is really interesting seeing how it gets to that point, and what happens after.

Max Payne 1 had a very satisfying ending:
Shoot way to the top of a tower filled with spec-ops guys, then proceed to blast a radio-tower over on top of the helicopter the main antagonist is in.
This bit that he says is neat as well:
"They were all dead. The final gunshot was an exclamation mark on everything that had led to this point. I released my finger from the trigger, and it was over."
Also, mainly because Max Payne is a total bad-ass and I'm kinda hyped for MP3.
I always thought the line after that was better. "The storm seemed to lose it's frenzy. The ragged clouds gave way to the stars above."
"MAX PAYNE. THROW DOWN YOUR WEAPONS AND PUT YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HEAD"
"A bit closer to heaven"
