I would have to say Bioshock. Everyone always praises how great it is. It just wasn't my type of game I guess, because I really did not enjoy playing through it.
Leg-end-ary. It looked brilliant, as you play on you realise it's just the same few enemies that respawn until you activate a trigger.freakonadrum said:legendary and turning point total waste of £5...... i couldva had 500 penny sweets for this and it wouldve given me more satisfaction
For me it was the lack of challenge.zala-taichou said:Fallout 3 for me. Just totally wasn't worth playing it. I though it was just boring. Oh, and I hate 30s music, that might have been part of it.
This for me as well. I try to get into it over and over because its meant to be a classicoppp7 said:Half Life 2. No matter how many times I play it I just don't care for it.
I've never understood this mentality, because it smacks of someone who decided these two were declared (wrongly) the best and then never used any of the other weapons. It's a bit like saying Gears of War was rubbish because you only used the Lancer. Muscle Mass was amazing, and the claws were just great fun, as was stealthing and gunning a bunch of people down. There were loads of options, you don't have to use the "best".Outamyhead said:Prototype was far too limited on weapons, either big blade and tank mode, or whip fist...and tank mode.
It was going to be called "Captain Poncyhair vs Continental Europe" remember?Mutie said:Resident Evil 5. Way to put the bullet in the head of an excellent video game franchise. They should have just left the series as 0 - Code Veronica and released Resi 4 under the title "The all New Adventures of Leon and Aida; Attack of the disgruntled Spaniads".
Aye, and they inverted the entire game just to make link right-handed on the Wii version, what's the damn POINT!?chozo_hybrid said:Resident Evil 5 would be one of mine, the other though would be LoZ Twilight Princess, it seemed really unimaginative compared to Wind Waker.
It's not likeleaving him left handed would have affected the controls at all. I still don't see why people were complaining about it though, not every Link was going to be a lefty if he's a different person each time, it's statistically unlikely.Mutie said:Aye, and they inverted the entire game just to make link right-handed on the Wii version, what's the damn POINT!?chozo_hybrid said:Resident Evil 5 would be one of mine, the other though would be LoZ Twilight Princess, it seemed really unimaginative compared to Wind Waker.
I was just a little taken aback when I saw that Death Mountain was now on the complete opposite side of the world and all the writting on the signs was back-to-front as were the dungeon maps in my guide book. It was quite the head fuck untill my fucked-up head managed to comprihend the reason for it all.chozo_hybrid said:It's not likeleaving him left handed would have affected the controls at all.
