I have never cried during a game. I've cried at movies, but I generally only play light hearted games.

Myst IV.

Achenar dying after all he tried to do to stop his brother. Made me tear up a little. And the ending of Myst V.

Only FFVII and Killer Instinct (I was laughing so hard tears were rolling down).

I can't say I've ever cried at a game...except Astro Boy, though those were tears of frustration.

The closest I've ever come is playing Fire Emblem...really clever idea, keeping dead characters dead.

I usually hate Final Fantasy games, but the end of FFX struck a chord with me, never cried at it but it was pretty sad :p

Half-Life 2: Episode 2

That is all.

Well, you beat me to it.

So I'm going to go with Mass Effect II and the "I can't believe I love a girl" video-diary entries.

The only things that make me cry entertainment wise are football movies that are insperational (I teared up near the end of The Express:The Ernie Davis story when he walked onto the turf of Municipal Stadium and also a lot during The Blind Side), but there are saddening moments to me in video games

In Infamous, when (spoiler warning!!!!!11, look away if you don't want to be spoiled) Trish died, I was pretty sad, not as much as I would have been if I was good the first time, but still pretty sad since it was a shocker. And in COD4:MW, when your American guy dies in the radiation, I was in shock...which was the point, but the execution of it was saddening to a tear jerking almost point for me...

There are more, I just can't think of them off hand...

The end to Syberia 2. I'm still not entirely sure why since it's not such a sad game, but the powerful nostalgic mood definitely had something to do with it.

That's the only game that's even gotten close to making me cry... Very odd to see Kaim all emotional after he was so serious during the parts before.

Golden Sun - tears of joy when I heard they were releasing a sequel on the DS!
And, much as I hate to admit it, Sonic Adventure. Because I felt like playing it again recently only to discover my Dreamcast had died...

I can't remember any game like that right now. But I'm quite certain that has happened. I do cry a little when watching certain movies or series.

Dude the voice of the little girl is Phil and Lil from Rugrats!

On a more related note, never really cried. Got sad as hell at the end of my first playthrough of ME2, lost a lot of teammates and I liked them all. The part in FFX when Tidus just started doing his awkward laugh out to the sea. He really needed that after all this shit he's been through.
