Final Fantasy 6's opera scene, and Final Fantasy 7's Aeris scene. And while this is probably shameful to admit, I did come close to tearing up in Gears of War 2's scene with Dom's wife.

Half-Life 2: Episode 2

That is all.
That is the only game I have ever teared up in. It was... it was just so sad.
The part where they decided to fade to the credits just... I really hope we get to see Gordon and/or Alyx beating that Advisor to a massive bug splat, that was just heartbreaking to hear; especially if you already have some painful feelings when it comes to a single parent family situation.

Final Fantasy 10, at so many points, but especially the end, with the music and then when yuna tries to hug you...so sad :(

The ending to Ocarina of Time, the ending to Kingdom Hearts, the ending to Metal Gear 3. The music, the images...just enough to get a couple of tears out of me.

Only twice have I ever come close: 1)Half-Life 2: Episode 2 (we all know where), and 2)In Mass Effect 2 when Tali found out her father was dead (poor girl been through so much, already lives a difficult life, and then they kill her dad. WTF bioware?)

Talking with Tali in ME2 *sends love notes to her omnitool*

The Salarian father and Asari Daughter, in Illium, at the gift shop. He was 35, and he knew he didnt have long left in the world, he wanted his wife to remember him, his daughter to remember him. When her voice got all choked up, so did mine T.T

"Not for a while?" Try a couple of weeks since we had this thread. I've already answered this to anyone's satisfaction.

Well, let's see...the ending of Shadow of the Colossus, ending of Okami, end of Shadow Hearts 2, a certain scene in Drakengard 2, ending of Final Fantasy X...

I get really attached to games and their characters...a lot...

Srsly, the only game, EVER.
Ninja'd. But glad to see another person that loved Shadow Hearts, as well as cried over it. xD
