The Last Remnant. Over 110 hours in and I still haven't finished. I've also given up for the moment due to possibly fucking up my battle rank.

It's taken me somewhere around 8 years to finally understand how to succeed in the original Roller Coaster Tycoon for PC. It's a kickass game, but confusing.

Dragon Age: Origins, and all the DLC. I've played through nearly twice now, and have completed all the DLC. It's safe to say I've put in an extensive amount of effort and time into the game.

Final Fantasy XIII - I still haven't finished it. :(

Fallout 3.
So much to do...
I don't how anyone could complain about new vegas being mostly more of the same.
More of the same means a few hundred hours of new gameplay, as well a the extra features (new guns, places, mods, mini games, companions, etc.)
So, how long did it take you to beat Fallout 3?

Jet force Gemini, but damn it was fun. I easily wasted 1000 hours just running around shooting ennemies to bits just for fun.
Body Harvest, took me months, if not a year to finally beat it, the majority of the time was lost in the Java level.
this. Took me 10 years to get off my butt and save all the tribals
Still haven't beaten it ever...

Oh and Zelda: Ocarina of Time, the water temple. Need I say more?

Riven without walkthroughs took a few years and a repurchase, but I can feel proud of myself for that one.

Bethesda games last the longest to me in terms of actual playtime, but it depends on how you define "beat" to include them here.

I've never played Titan Quest, but Rollercoaster Tycoon was the shit. The joys of diming people to use the restroom was a good feeling. I'm not sure if I actually finished all the scenarios in the first game before moving on to its sequel, but it certainly was a blast. Now I'm feeling all nostalgic.

Fatal Frame 3, it wasn't very hard, but I could get the right mood for it as I did with its predecessors to play it straight for hours.

Well, playing Ristar on Super difficulty certainly felt like forever, though I don't think it took more than a few weeks. Without exploring.

MS Saga: A New Dawn.
Stupid last boss. He still mocks me with his Prelude to Destruction that basically 1-shots my entire party. I'm gonna beat it...some day.
