Halo was planned to be a movie, however the project is on ice, Can't see why it'd be bad though. Or is it just because you don't like Halo in general and feel that you have to tell every body that some more?

If there's any sort of Diablo movie I reckon it would be live-action (not cartoon as you said)

I was taking the piss out of all the people who bitched about the graphics of Diablo3. Honestly, with live action, I think it'd end up like all those crappy old D&D/Conan films or those Lord of the Rings knock-offs.

You are all forgetting one important thing....fucking awesome games from the 80s and 90s, where is all the love for Metroid or zombies ate my neighbors,smash tv, guantlets 1 & 2, Wolfenstein, Streets of rage with JCVD or maybe even god willing Duke Nukem.

The Darkness could be made into an okay movie, but not one based on the game. It would be another comic book movie.

The worst I can think of? Trying to do a movie based on something like "Monster Hunter Freedom" where there is minimal plot (it's all a hunting based RPG simulation).
