A Monster Rancher game, or one that's similar, for iOS/Android. Think about it, you already have a built in barcode/QR reader, just use that for generation and tilt-controls for battles.

Also, Knights Of The Old Republic 2. Can't wait. :p

Super hero RPG where you can make your own character and powerset.
Essentialy a singleplayer City of Heroes.

Why has no one made this!? I want this!
Like Comic Book Hero, you mean? Or something more graphical?

Star Wars Battlefront 3
Lord of the Rings: Battle for Middle Earth 3
a Pokemon MMO

All of these things would leave me drooling; they just need to be made.

A horror game set in a facility located deep in the bottoms of the ocean.

And I mean really deep.

Like fricking miles deep.

Where you battle deep sea monstrosities on land and in water. I'd like to play a game where you have to flee from like a Cthulhu type of monster in water and when you turn around you see it slowly closing into you and opening it's big mouth while you surrounded by the darkness and water.

Now that would be, in my opinion, awesome.

Like Bioshock... but Amnesia like scary with Dead Space style monsters as big as the Hive Mind.

A man can dream. :3

Edit: Some minor mistakes. :)
And this game would scare the shit out of me. For some reason I have a slight fear of sea enemies/swimming underwater in video games, but not in real life. Not sure why... could be due to playing games such as Jak and Daxter when I was smaller, and getting the crap scared out of me every time I swum too far and got eaten. Or something.

a Mortal Kombat - Tekken crossover. I wouldn't mind to have Paul break Reptile in half with the burning fist.

I would like an Armored Core style game as a X-com hybrid. You would accept missions and customize mechs on a Geoscape and have a detailed report of each factions progress and you would choose missions according to what faction you want to support. the location of bases like in X-com would affect how fast you could get to a mission which would determine time of day and the situation depending on the mission type. It would also allow you to have a backup if a faction decides to retaliate against you even though your only official loyalty is to your paycheck. The mech pilots would have job classes that determine what type of mech they are best at piloting and there would be an option to give that pilot an allowance to build a mech themselves if the player does not want to deal with the customization. One of those classes of pilots should be a type of jack of all trades that can use any mech type. This is where the Armored Core similarities come in. The jack of all trades pilot can be created unlike all other pilots being hired. the jack of all trades can be controlled by the player directly in missions and the game play is similar to Armored Core except that the player would always have backup since the wing men are your mercenaries.

another legend of dragoon would be nice
This.

Hell, I would even go with a remake. Updated graphics and fixed translations. Maybe a couple more additions for Rose and Kongol. I would buy this. (the translations in the original are so fucking funny...)

I heard this a while ago and it surprises me that I didn't think of this before either...

A Pokemon Fighting Game. No not Pokemon Stadium, something more like Guilty Gear or, Street fighter. Think about it, the roaster would be fucking huge. It would be the largest roaster in fighting-game history and that's even if you omit legendary Pokemon and, Baby-forms. It's already a popular franchise and making a real-time fighting game out of it could get more people into the series. Also, the way to unlock more characters could be done in the RPG style: win enough battles as Charmander and it can 'evolve', allowing you to use Charmeleon. Plus, to go back to the massive roaster, there are a ton of different fighting styles and, attacks between the types alone not counting individual Pokemon.

A game where you play as a female assassin. Not like the followers on Assassin's Creed Brotherhood/Revelations, but a female main character assassin.

Edit: I forgot about Velvet Assassin. Read my idea with "done well" at the end.

A halo Space RTS. I enjoyed Halo Wars. But, I found the scale limited. I would extremely enjoy an Empire at War approach to it.

A game where you play as the Aliens for once.

The only ones I can think of are:

Halo 2 (Halo 3 if you do co-op)
The "Destroy all Humans" games
Gears 3 Zeta Squad DLC
Don't forget the Alien vs. Predator franchise.

I don't understand how there's a near-perfect fighting system in Mount and Blade for swordfights, archery and especially fighting from horseback.
And no one tries to copy it for their AAAtitles.

Seriously. Compare Skyrims fighting system to Mount and Blade. What's better?
Skyrim feels so awkward-clumsy in comparison.

A sandbox with awesome graphics, more varied enemies, Mount and Blade's fighting system, an epic story and a slightly overhauled talent system.

Goddammit this is pure awesome, well, in my head at least

Well the obvious one is Kingdom Hearts 3.

I wonder if there will be a fulfilling sequel to Sonic Chronicles.

A Star Wars Dynasty Warriors style game, preferably set in the Clone Wars. What better setting to have super powered individuals mow through waves of faceless mooks?

A Puzzle Platformer with the ability to go between physical and shadow form solving light and color puzzles.

Nobody thought of taking shadow puppets to this degree?
