Super Mario Bros. series, Knights of the Old Republic II, Warcraft series, The Legend of Zelda series, Final Fantasy IX, Luigi's Mansion, and Chrono Trigger.
Edit: To be fair, I'm a milder form of fanboy. I love these for what they did right, but I am aware that each have their flaws...well, all of them except Mario 3, Link to the Past, and Chrono Trigger

Final Fantasy X - Favourite game ever and it will take a miraculous game to change my mind
Fallout 3 - Have played this game for so long, and could play it for even longer - lost so much of my life to this game. Just getting into TES:IV and just about to start New Vegas; they might very well appear on this list one day.
Sonic 3 (& Knuckles) - It's been nearly 20 years since Sonic got me into gaming and this will always be one of my all time favs.
Batman: Arkham Asylum - Almost perfect, one of the best gaming experiences ever. Can't wait for the sequel.
That said, I've never been one to act like a fanboy, I'm too well balanced a person. However, despite seeming like a rational human being I do die a little inside when one of these games is insulted.

Guild Wars/Guild Wars 2, GW2 will annihilate the compatition.
Also Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2(sadly i haven't had a chance to play either more then a demo) and Modern Warfare 2 also Dark age of Camelot is good, but severely underpopulated.

Oh and I'll go with the metal gear franchise, the Assassins creed franchise, a majority of the final fantasy, Oblivion(wish I had played the other ones, I may in the future) and KotOR 1/2, love them all and I'm quite knowledgeable about them and will defend them too the death.
Let's see, the Half Life series, Silent Hill (up to 4, the rest for me don't count), the games by Ice-Pick Lodge (Pathologic and The Void), Legacy of Kain, STALKER, Thief series and System Shock 2.
