Still waiting on Guild Wars 2, Torchlight 2, Dishonored and Borderlands 2.

Are there any games you are playing right now?

I have been trying old games and puzzle games, but they are kinda not giving me the instant gratification right now.

Frozen Synapse is a really good one.
Puzzle/tactical top-down game where you control a set amount of commandos (a selection of machine gunners, snipers, shotgunners, grenade launchers, and perhaps one other type) in which you have to do specific objectives, or just take out the other team. Can be quite cool when playing with no visibility (i.e. you can't see any of the enemy team unless your swat commando man can actually see them).

Quite high replay value.

Mass Effect, Hands down. For years now there hasn't been a time where there's not the "current Shepard". I'll always go back to that.

...and I don't even do much different between the various playthroughs.

Vampire: the Masquerade - Bloodlines
I have over 40 complete playthroughs there and I doubt I'll be shelving the game for good any time soon.

But as for more replayable games, yes I'll agree with Burig - Frozen Synapse is incredibly good. I've recently started playing it, and it's really awesome. I'm sure I'll be playing it for a lot of time to come.

But there are some older games, I still enjoy, too:

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (with the In the Wake of Gods mod) - Heroes has never left me. Without exaggerating, Heroes has been on a hard drive near me more than Minesweeper. At any one point, I can go and start a new game. I'm that accustomed that I don't need a "mood" or any "right feeling" or whatever.

Crimsonland (v. 1.9.8 to be precise) - a really fun topdown shooter. The point (in survival mode, which I play) is to, well, survive as much as possible employing a variety of weapons, powerups and even abilities against spiders, zombies, aliens and other critters.

Lode Runner 2 and Peggle are my two answers for this question. The first, because of beating the times already set, even if it's your own time and the second, because it's a lot of fun to just boot up the game, play a few rounds and/or challenges and then quit again. It's mindless fun, but good at what it does.

You're not the only one waiting for Guild Wars 2.

As for me I'm not playing a game at the moment (yes I'm incrediable bored these days). The past games I can played over and over is Phantasy Star Online (especially when I loved my saved files twice now) and Gotcha Force, both on the Gamecube.

OoT! I Freaking Love that Game. It's not even my favorite game; it just doesn't get old. I've already beaten it like 20 times? more? I also really love Metroid Prime and Halo. I once beat Metroid prime after getting the urge to play it and as soon as I beat I started it over again.

Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, Halo CE & 3, Syphon Filter 1&2, Rainbow 6, Fallout 3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution. Games of this calibre are hard to come by.

Most (but not all) of the Sonic games. It does help that the music in them is awesome.

Fallout 1 and 2. A part of me never moved past '98...

(Before I get smeared with the NMA tar, I actually LOVED both 3 and NV, minus Mothership Zeta).

Dark Souls is a game that benefits from multiple playthroughs.
Sure, the enemies get stronger, but the player develops new strategies and finds better ways of approaching a situation.
Case in point, and a Dark Souls tip for y'all, if you start with or obtain the master key, you can bypass the Depths and the majority of Blighttown. First, second, third time playing I had no idea, but through experimentation, I found an optimum route through the game.

Persona 4 and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I love those games, I can play them pretty much forever and never get tired of them.

On the multiplayer side of things, League of Fucking Legends. Just as you start to get bored you pick up a new Champion and suddenly you discover that Jungle Shyvana is so much fun! Even if I can't time the bloody dragon activation correctly to save my life.... It seems such as waste to turn into a massive fuck off dragon just as an escape mechanism.

I play FF9 every year without fail. I also play loads of League, despite it being a horrendous, evil game when you do badly.

Mass Effect. So many different choices to make, and you can have fun carrying it over into the sequels too, so that's fun.
GTA IV. Just because it's my favourite game, really, I don't think it's anything special in terms of replay value, just really, really fun.
And one from my childhood that I still play, Spyro: Year of the Dragon. I WILL NEVER TIRE OF IT. Ever. Seriously I could just play that all day every day. I'm such a child.

Just Cause 2. Sure, it's repetitive, but you can stunt jump onto a car and proceed to chain the driver to the vehicle's rear bumper. What's not to love?

Dark Souls. Combat just feels so good, and being able to build whatever kind of character at will is cool.

The original Deus Ex. Bought it back in 2000 along with System Shock 2, and I still do a completionist runthrough at least once a year. I'm still finding dialogue and alternate conversations I hadn't discovered before.
