If you name a Resident Evil game, any Resident Evil game, there is a 50% chance you'll name one I have completed too many times to count. I must have played Resident Evil 1, 2, 3, Code Veronica, REmake, Zero, 4 and 5 at least once per year since they were released, if not more. RE2, REmake & RE4 all have places among my favourite games of all time.

Pretty much any fighting game with an active playerbase.

I could play Street Fighter, Melty Blood and have you all day everyday provided there are people to play against.

And even if people aren't up to play that day, you could spend that whole day trying to learn how to play a different character.

Well all games have a shelf life but games that I can and do play repeatedly include FFVII (play approx once every 18 months now used to be more but I started to know it to well) Super Mario Bros 1 and 3 and pretty much any fighting game from SF2 Turbo onwards although at the moment I mainly stick to SCV,VF5,UMVC3,SF4AE,BBCSEX,Skull girls and KoF XIII.

I replay the Jak and Daxter trilogy loads. It's one of my all-time favourite trilogies. Also Sonic Adventure 2 Battle mainly because of the music and raising Chao. I used to play Oblivion quite a lot as well, but I've stopped playing that recently.

Oh you mean as in a time sink? Morrowind and Minecraft come to mind. Plenty of stuff to do in both.

I got the Arkham games during the steam sale. I beat Asylum but have not gotten very far in city. Reason being the combat is so much fun, I spend all my time trying to get the high score on the Penguin's VIP Room challenge map.

R.U.S.E.- WW2 stratagy game, with the selling point being "ruses", where you trick your opponents to win. It can anything from making an army of fake tanks to "attack" your enemies, to having your units move under radio silence to remain invisible, to sending spies to see through your opponents ruses.

All Command and Conquers

Fallout New Vegas

Tropico 4- Become your own dictator on an island in the Carribian. I dont think I would be a good dictator though...Im too nice. I mean, the only ones who get thrown in jail are the people who rob and steal. The commies who hate my guts walk the streets free to say they hate my guts! MADNESS!

Open Tycoon Transport Deluxe (OTTD for short).
With a few addons this is hands down the best game I've ever played. I've played the original since 1997 but the new one is even more addictive.

Fallout 3 and Persona 4.

I also picked up Valkyria Chronicles yesterday and I can already see multiple playthroughs in it's future.

Off the bat, I'm saying the "new" Batman games, mostly Arkham City. As an avid fan of Batman and one that has the obsessive-compulsive need to collect EVERYTHING, it always gives me a lot to do if I end up starting fresh.

I'll also look a bit into my past with my older games and such and I have to say I find most of my time (if not on my 360) indulging in a bit of nostalgia with Twilight Princess and even Donkey Kong Country. While Twilight Princess has a nice story and good graphics (C'mon, it turned Link into a looker at LEAST), as one who didn't grow up with OoT, I find it a good fallback if I ever wanna play something I know I was good at playing, perhaps because it was easy, or perhaps because I felt that I was actually good at it. Donkey Kong Country, while having little to NO story, is one of my childhood memories and before I even started playing it, I remember watching my mom play it and that game just never gets old. If all else fails, I love the soundtracks to both games and if I DO get bored, I can just listen to the music.

Other honorable mentions are Mass Effect 2(Everything's awesome), Dead Space 2(Love the elements and the direction they took with both female characters in the media and insanity), and Bastion(Beautiful and gripping)

Heroes of Might and Magic 3 (with the In the Wake of Gods mod) - Heroes has never left me. Without exaggerating, Heroes has been on a hard drive near me more than Minesweeper. At any one point, I can go and start a new game. I'm that accustomed that I don't need a "mood" or any "right feeling" or whatever.
Oh god yes. I never tried any mods, but Heroes III is probably one of my favorite games, strategy or otherwise, that I've ever played. God I wish it was on steam so I can stop doing that stupid disk install that doesn't work that well with Vista.

I have small pile of games on a shelf that I keep going back to. Off the top of my head, these include BioWare's finest (Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Knights of the Old Republic), Morrowind, Jedi Knight series, Warcraft series, Icewind Dale series and a few others.

Pretty much every game I own. Like I said I have this massive tolerance for repetition.

Games I am currently replaying right now.
Hitman Blood Money
Tenchu Wrath Of Heaven.

Just Cause 2. Sure, it's repetitive, but you can stunt jump onto a car and proceed to chain the driver to the vehicle's rear bumper. What's not to love?
Got that game on PC? Three mods, and that game is impossible to stop playing. Superman, unbreakable grapple rope, multiple grapple rope. YOU BECOME A GOOOOOOD!

Final Fantasy 9 is just so damn well paced. It really is 'potato chip' gameplay. The story never stops being interesting and entertaining. I've played it 5 times over the course of 10 years, still not bored, and find new secrets and new things to love each time. It's a very deep game.

I'll also probably never get bored of TF2, as long as Valve keeps it updated.
