The castlevania ds games
Those games are fucking fun,i have completed each at least 6 times and i still find them fun,Dawn of sorrow is incredibly broken(in a good way),and would probably be my favorite of the bunch, were it not for your slow running speed, you move slower than the plot of a final fantasy game.
Portrait of ruin is probably my favorite of the bunch, the story is somewhat lacking, but the gameplay makes up for it
Order of Ecllesia is awesome,it has the best story and art of the bunch, and has a very fun extra mode where you play as a guy that can do flying flaming spinning invincible kicks, can teleport around on the touch screen, has invincible backdashes and super jumps, and a gun

Also, the downloadable castlevania for 360 and ps3,castlevania harmony of despair
While your running speed amongst other things is rather slow at first,if you can get speed boosting items, learn the game mechanics, and level up your character decently, the game becomes pretty fun,it is also a co-op title, you can have up to 6 people playing at once, which adds to the fun

I play FF9 every year without fail. I also play loads of League, despite it being a horrendous, evil game when you do badly.
I try not to play that one more than once a year. And I'm on disc three of my yearly playthrough.

Also play Final Fantasy 7 and Chrono Trigger every year. They're my favorite games.

I bought Radiant Historia for DS last year and since I have played it four times, three of them doing all events in the game.

Some years ago I used to sit down in my couch and play the story mode of TimeSplitters 3 in weekends.

This year I discovered EarthBound (another old JRPG) and played it twice. I'm playing it once more now.

Final Fantasy 12 has seen about 700 hours of gameplay since I bought it. I didn't finish the game many times because it's too long.

Resident Evil 4

It's a brilliant game and I never get tired of it. Especially the merchant, what a guy.

Any strategy game, like a total war game or supreme commander. Any other genre of game just ends up being too repetive the second time through to need a second playthrough.

Persona 4 and Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney. I love those games, I can play them pretty much forever and never get tired of them.

On the multiplayer side of things, League of Fucking Legends. Just as you start to get bored you pick up a new Champion and suddenly you discover that Jungle Shyvana is so much fun! Even if I can't time the bloody dragon activation correctly to save my life.... It seems such as waste to turn into a massive fuck off dragon just as an escape mechanism.
Agreeing with Persona 4 ( and adding 3 into the mix) along with team fortress 2 and Binding of Isaac.

BioShock. Good god, BioShock. That game never gets old. It's one of those games you can just pick up and play from the beginning if you've got nothing to do.

For me that would probably be Shadow of the Colossus. For some reason I always end up playing through that game every few months or so. Hell, I might even play it again soon.

Fucking love that game to bits.

I'd probably play Final Fantasy IX a bit more often too. In fact I really should. I love that game a lot. But there are certain instances in the game that kinda make me change my mind...

Fucking Cid running away from something that's trapped in a cage. I'm on a strict time limit here!
