Nearly all the Pokemon games. Blue was the hardest and Diamond/Emerald the easiest. Freakin' Gary Oak.

most impressive one-sitting game was FInal Fantasy VII. Was a 36 hour sitting, but a friend and I did it. Even beat the weapons, did almost all of the sidequests.. the only thing we didn't do was master Enemy Skills

I also got Onimusha down to a 90 minute "get everything" clear.

Recently, my friend brought over to mine his copy of Dante's Inferno and i was eager to try it out. 6 hours and 16 seconds later the game was finished, and i have to say i was a little disapointed it was so short.

So basically,i want to know which games (if any) you have completed in one 'gaming sitting'

over to you :D

(I should note i played it on 'Zealot' difficulty, basically medium difficulty)
Nice ending time. Like, that had to have been planned.

Only games I've beaten in one sitting are Condemned 2: Bloodshot, Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Friends and I beat the story and unlocked everyone in one sitting), Sonic 1 and 2, and Gears of War 2. Also Resident Evil 4 and 5, but neither of those were first playthroughs.

Prince of Persia. It was compelling and awesome and too friggin' short.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. It took me about 8 hours, but they were 8 high quality hours.

Mirror's Edge, Halo 3 and Halo ODST (legendary, with a friend), and Pokemon Red (the second time around, and only through the 'story').

...and Guitar Hero Metallica, which was bewilderingly easy. (There were 2 of us, and we switched off guitar and bass every now and again.)

P.N. 03. I sat down, two hours later stood up, and lit my Gamecube on fire. I'd never been so let down by a game. I mean, bad games you play for a bit and then drop, but P.N. 03 was so despicably easy that the monotony didn't bother me. I thought at least the bosses were fine, but then the ending came and I almost threw up.
Wait, seriously!?

Dude, you should have just gone out and bought Viewtiful Joe!

Or you could have burned the game.

WHAT DID THE CUBE DO TO YOU!?

Bioshock. Gears of War. Project Sylpheed (twice in the sitting). Ninety Nine Nights. The Force Unleashed. Mirror's Edge. Dead Space.

All separate sittings, but yeah...

Portal and MW2. Portal because it's short, and MW2 because sometimes I just can't sleep, and needed something to kill the time.

Probably Wanted: Weapons of Fate. I actually think I beat that game 3 times in one sitting (needed to in order to get certain trophies).

I beat Halo 3 in one sitting once.

I think I might have done the same with Portal.

And I'm pretty sure I once beat Halo 2 in one sitting, but I can't seem to recall.

If Gauntlet had an ending I'd have gotten to it seeing as how i played it to level 83 until 3:00 am.

Also SMB3 because of the warp whistle but i suppose that doesn't count.

And as for games made after 1985 Halo 3's campaign was pretty short.

Mirrors Edge, took me about five hours.

Dino Crisis 2, one of my favourite games for the PS1 I just couldn't put it down.

Portal, Shadow Hearts Covenant, Vanguard Bandits, Super Mario Bros. (Skipped all the levels possible), and RE4. KoTOR and KoTOR 2 took about 25 hours each so they don't count.
