Yeah, you need to do everything but the Gummi Ships to get it. Getting the Secret Movie on Final Mix is harder on critical difficulty, you have to kill all of the sub bosses which are insanely hard to get it.

Oh God, the hightime of Spyro the Dragon and Crash Bandicoot...
I still remember... the very first Spyro was the one that took me the longest to complete 100%. Searched for hours on how to get the final diamonds and dragons in the levels 'Treetops' and 'Haunted Towers'. Man... I'll never forget that, good times.

All of the AMAZING Sly Cooper series. Those games have swallowed my life.
Every single Metroid, all 3 primes and all the oldies, the DS version, and the Pinball games.
And just a side note: Metroid Prime was the only good metroid prime out of the trilogy. The second two ruined the experience by adding in other humans, and watering the whole game down.

last game i finished 100% was Final Fantasy x-2, but atm, i'm planning on finishing Sonic Unleashed 100% (yes, you heard me right).

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. SOC, Spiderman friend or foe, Resistance Retribution, Killzone Liberation (til they brought in the update for act 5, I was pissed), Thief II, God Of War Chains of Olympus, The first God of War, Vampire Rain, altered species (all medals and s ranking), Folklore, Adventures of Alundra, Dirge of cerberus, Okami, Truning point (i didn't mind it), Metroid prime 1 and 2, Starfox adventures, Wind waker, Z.O.E 1 and 2, Dark Messiah, All the half-life series, Portal, Sonic 1, 2, 3 and knuckles (all Chaos emeralds, although, for sonic 2, I used an emulator as it is 100% humanly impossible to get the emeralds and become super sonic through the special stages, without slowing it down, it is just insane. Alone in the dark (PC, yeah.. not fun), Mass Effect, (all planets, best weapons maxed character,) though haven't finished it on the hardest setting yet. Gurumin, Painkiller, Kotor 1, not 2, as it didn't grab me as much. I have many more, but that's all I can think of right off the top of my head, if anyone's interested, pm me and i'll go through my whole list of games and calculate which one's i have finished 100%
The complete Baldur's Gate saga. This is: Baldur's Gate with the Tales Of The Sword Coast expansions and Baldur's Gate II (+ collector's edition extras) with Throne of Bhaal. I did every possible sidequest and romance, found every possible item, and played through the game with number race/class combinations for over two years. I did a solo run, played over LAN with a friend, finished the game with a complete part of six, played with Imoen, without Imoen, did some complete role-playing runs, some optimized runs, got the stronghold for each class, did some fast runs, some "complete everything" runs, ... I tore the game apart!
