The ones I remember most fondly:

+ Icewind Dale 2 (the fact that it's the only Infinity Engine game I ever finished also makes this my favorite Infinity Engine game).

+ Bunch of RTS's: Age of Mythology (and the Titans), Warcraft 3 (and Frozen Throne), Command and Conquer: Generals (and Zero Hour) and, my all-time fave, Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War (and Winter Assault, Dark Crusade and the snooze-fest which was Soulstorm).

+ Neverwinter Nights and its two expansions, Shadows of Undrentide and Hordes of the Underdark (the first two were garden-variety cakewalks, the last was a grand adventure!).

+ Plants vs. Zombies (I'm still going for the Golden Flower trophy, though...)

+ Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Gold, Silver, Crystal, Ruby, Sapphire AND Emerald.

+ Diablo 2 (though I'm pretty convinced one cannot simply "finish" Diablo 2... It's still installed in my PC!)

I finish most games, but I won't go outta my way to get all the stunt jumps or shoot birds. I only don't finish a game if I really dislike it.

Only one in the current generation would be inFAMOUS. Older generations would be most of the sonic games (upto and including dreamcast) and most Zelda games, I guess.

Generally speaking I don't bother much anymore because Online based achievements bug the crap outta me.
I'm thinking of doing inFAMOUS 100%, but how would you know which blast shards you're missing?

(Platinums Trophies)
Dead Space
RE5

Every Metroid Game 100% including all ZM endings and 1% item collect Fusion Run.
Every Zelda Game.
Somehow I doubt you Finished LoZ: faces of evil, wand of Gamelon, and Zelda's adventure.

If you really crunched this game and completed it with each pre-genned party as well as solo, then kudos!

There's been quite a few during my time as a gamer especially since in a lot of the older games I played didn't have collectibles or rare things to find. Most recent would have to be Call of Duty 2 on Xbox 360. Slogged through the veteran mode of that to get to 100% completion achievement wise.

Basically I just got as many as I could while playing the story, then I went round again and did it methodically.

Search every block on the map (dark grey) mashing the radar button.

Then go round on the train tracks mashing radar.

THEN go around the shore.

Did it an island a time this way. Only one I didn't see was at the top of the prison in the Warren (My guess is it's too high up to show at ground level).

Takes ages, but it's something to do over summer I guess. Atleast they show up on the radar, unlike the collectibles on Prototype...

Most recently I got 1000/1000 on Alone in the Dark.
Oh yea, 'coz thats very difficult lol. You can do it in one run through.

Personally, and I'm ashamed to say, Lego Star Wars 2. All mini kits, all characters everything. Also about to finish Resi 5 on Pro so that will be finished as well.

Er... I never used any of the pre-genned parties. I finished all of the side-quests, though (using multiple games cause, damn it, quite a lot of them cancel each other out...). The smallest group I ever used was four characters (and that's on Heart of Fury mode), and I ended up taking a lot of traps to the face because I couldn't afford a Rogue. I tried going with three, but I kept getting my teeth kicked in by Sherincal...

Pokemon Blue version (I was damn proud of that!)
But how can you have 100% if you dont have other versions to trade with? Or to you just mean you got 100% in Blue only?

If so that means I can add Pokemon Yellow to my list :D
No I mean I have all 151 Pokemon on it. I got them all by trading with my brother and attending a Pokemon swap shop tour to get Mew.

Deus Ex.
I traversed, recrossed, re-explored, reloaded, re-selected dialogues, and replayed every little area and aspect possible to that game.
None before or after my life wasted has felt so better used.
