FF 10, I can't get passed Sin at the end. I've restarted the game about three times since I bought it years ago and I always get to that sopt and no further.

it was so hard! just getting half way was insane!!!
and then you had to go back to all 13 planets and explore every nook and cranny to find parts to a stupid ship so you could get to the final boss, sometimes leaving one planet to go back to another just to open a door on the planet your were on, ONLY to realize you needed a different character who was still stuck in another planet trying to get to their ships landing pad!!!!
after a bout a week of not even finding half of the ships parts, i just didnt care anymore.

Every game that proved to stop being fun.
I play games cause I enjoy it. Once a game stops being fun, I stop playing. Hard is one thing. Impossibly gimmicky, or annoyingly difficult due to long strings of sequences of "one wrong twitch and your dead" type game play with no saving in the middle makes me very unhappy.
I have tubs in my closet full of games many of which I have never played. Why would I was my time on an aggravating shit phie?

Resident Evil 4, cuz I accidentally deleted my save and couldn't bring myself to do it again

i never finished tomb raider: anniversary. bad camera angles, impossible-to-do-without-walkthrough puzzles and guns so weak id rather punch the enemies to death. the only "good" gun there was was the shotgun, and it still used 3 shots on a freakin wolf.
i got stuck at Cerberus in Titan Quest on Epic Difficulty. he hits too hard and his ground flames are an instant kill.
theres some others i havent finished because they are turds, but hasnt anything to do with difficulty.
