My favourite game is "Deadly premonition" and I love the game to pieces, but the gameplay is a bit choppy and sometimes you get stuck in the environments as well as the textures been similar to an early Playstation 2 game, but goddamn it if it isn't one of the most charming games I have ever played. I don't think many people would agree with me, but it is the charm, the story and the characters that make it my favourite game.

Half life 2: Episode 2. The fact that it ends and has made me over 3 1/2 years for the expansion.
Evil Genius: Limited control over minions.
Team Forteress 2: Ever since they introduced hats into the game it hasn't been the same.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.

Absolutely perfect except for one factor:

HEY! LISTEN!
That drove me absolutely insane!

Oblivion had some really bland characters which took away from the games overall awesomeness.

My current love affair with Hanachirasu seem kind of onesided, as the game constantly tries to infodump me for its adulterous love of providing meticulous details on all the specifics of Kenjutsu at any chance given.

Still well worth it though.

Neverwinter Nights 2: Oh my God! The bugs!

Fallout 3: It goes from being unfair against you to being unfair against everyone else

Borderlands: Second wind/death is done poor there

Dragon Age II: Sidequests are meh, and the Dalish look like those aliens from Avatar, with non blue skin

Mass Effect: The elevators!

A Hermit's Cave
Assassin's Creed - the killing was great, awesome, no less, but the side-missions were samey and just plain up boring, as was flag collecting... then enter AC2 and all of that melted away... until AC:B (still a good game though)

Rome: Total War - public order always gets out of control once the population goes just a little too high... and why, when a settlement revolts, the rebel army has better troops than the ones I can field??

Call Of Duty
Flaw: It's shit.

In all seriousness
Fallout 3: Great story, great gameplay, one of the best soundtracks I've ever listened to and immediately downloaded it along with New Vegas' too.
Flaw: The occasional bug and practical invincibility at higher levels w/ powerful weapons. New Vegas built upon that by making a Cazador the most angry son of a ***** around with the ability to kill a power armour wearing gauss rifle holding stimed up super mutant.

L.A Noire: Best game i've played all year and can't wait for the next one. Also downloaded this games soundtrack almost immediately. Gotta love that Jazz.
Flaw: The fact that when I fucked up the first Arson investigation and got slammed the Chief congratulated me in the next automated cut scene. Also, WHY THE HELL CAN CHARACTERS STILL NOT DRINK PROPERLY. Took a drink from a water cooler and Phelps just sort of sniffs the cup like its some aromatic rose.

Star Wars Battlefront (1+2): Best games ever, hands down, shut up if you disagree with me, your opinion is invalid etc.
Flaws: NONE, okay the only flaw is that the third game hasn't been released yet.

Hahaha very true! How I wish you could have captured her in a bottle and shut her up =P

OT: Oblivion- I love that game but it glitches like crazy. I've only ever had 1 character ( out of maybe 20-ish) that I haven't had to give up on because of a major game destroying glitch.

Fingers crossed Skyrim will be better

Section 8: Prejudice

Really low price but a genuinely lengthy single player campaign. Fun shooting mechanics reminiscent of Halo, decent score, decent voice acting, and great multiplayer modes.

But you log on and no one's on in multiplayer. I found one guy after trying three different modes. And he d/ced while we were waiting for other players.

That was a real disappointment.

Fallout 3, Oblivion

Both of these were games of the year, yet both suffered extreme crashes. Oddly these reduced a great deal later in the game. They're sandbox games so glitches are inevitable and forgivable to a degree, but once I think I had three crashes in one session and that is a real turn off.

Resistance 2. Now, I can understand wanting to change gameplay elements that don't work, but not only did the health system and giant weapons loadout from the first game work, those things were part of what made Resistance 1 a cut above the average shooter. There was literally no reason for putting in standard regen health and butchering my arsenal other than blatant CoD-aping to make more money, and no one likes that.
Oh God do I remember that, I died a ton of times when a Chimera bugger charged me and I would hit Triangle to melee... all of a sudden I'd have my other weapon out and then I would die. :(

OT: Pokemon, Love it Love It LOVE IT, I don't even mind some of the new ones, I really like some of them, in fact.
But... Roggenrola, really?
Oh also the story has pretty much remained the same since the first game.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood. I throughly enjoyed the game but I absolutley hated the fact that it ended just as it was getting good. It's just a stupid linear sequence were you can only use the Piece of Eden which drains your health and fails to be an adequate defence against swords!
^- This pretty much sums up AC:Brotherhood for me.
Me too. I just wanted to smash that bloody Piece of Eden and cut everybody up with Altair's sword. Y'know...I went to a lot of effort to get that damn sword, and I can't even use it to show off in front of Cesare? The Apple was a nice touch, but it should have stayed in my pocket while I used my sword.

Rainbow Six Vegas 2
The enemy AI can switch between pants-on-head-retarded to bloody Winston Churchill tactician.
Oh and they love hiding round corners with shotguns.

L.A. Noire
Cole Phelps can sometimes react to a sitation in a completely nonsensical way and it really breaks the immersion.

Brink. The one flaw it has is something I call the Objective Precedence. If some of the friendly AI units were programmed to follow the player around and focus on the main objective, then it wouldn't be so bad. But the designers instead chose to make them focus on capture points before objectives in the hopes of making the player feel more important.

Well, that psychology backfired, didn't it? Players would much rather have the AI do everything so they can run off and blow things up. And I must say, the enemy know exactly where to go but your allies? Not a fucking clue.

I love Brink. It's a functional shooter with a rather refreshing art style that is quite a lot of fun even with just one friend. But the AI is its one major flaw.

TF2. If they never implemented the trading system, then I would still be able to play it without 3/4 of my team sitting in spawn trading headwear... Darn, I just made myself sad.

Psychonauts.
The difficulty is in some points unforgiving and in other parts just blatantly unfair. The worst being the Meat Circus.
