The old AvP2 game, from 2000.

Its one flaw: IT WON'T WORK ON MY COMPUTER :(
I Got it to work fine, what's your specs and OS?
I have a mid-high end computer running XP.
2.2GHz
3GB RAM
320GB HD...

Compatibility mode doesn't work :(
(when i run the registry files and open the game, the menu is fine, but during the loading screen it just goes back to the menu)
Nvidia or ATi?

also I hear "lithtech master server patch" fixes it up for some people
ATI Radeon, not sure what series.
you could try here:

http://downloads.lithfaq.com/index.php?act=category&id=3

they got a few patches for the game :)
I'm confused, I can't find the patches... little help? D:
People say this one helps (Download page)

Starfox Adventures: The voice work is... crap. You can tell that they recorded the lines all separately because of sudden, unnecessary changes in tone. Also, this game has a bad habit of repeating information to you. For instance, when you first learn why the planet is falling apart, the Queen explains why it's happened. Later, after you get the first spell stone, Peppy comes on and explains it all over again in practically the same wording! And Fox needs to pick a bloody personality. Cool guy with a witty attitude, or noble, rightous hero? Grumble.
That game annoyed me for exactly the same reasons- all the characters seemed a bit soullessto me, except for General Pepper, who just had the personality of an irritatingly cantankerous old man.

And as for my own input for this thread, Fallout 3. I enjoyed the game alot, even after that time it crashed just as I was about to vanquish the last Behemoth in Evergreen Mills (yes, that was the last place I looked), thereby getting the achievement for doing so. And every other time someting to that effect happened. Thank the game gods for autosaves- the ultimate safety net.

Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing.

It may have a few bugs, but I say it's all the better for it.

The Tenchu Series
Although camera angles get in the way, so many useless items, everything is kinda square...there is still so much fun. It has plenty of potential even with these very minor annoyances.

Soul Reaver (playstation). It's a pretty cool game but has some major programming flaws in it. I can't complete one section because a town gate that's supposed to open up wont (just the sound effect plays for it). grrr

Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine (n64). Again, I really loved playing this game. It's fun and I liked the characters but it glitched alot, enough to keep me from ever finishing it. I saw on one occassion a gear wheel flip over and spin the wrong way on it's animation path which was amusing but detracted from the atmosphere somewhat.

The Witcher: a lot of people have all sorts complaints about it often concluding in WORST GAME EVER but I don't follow any of it. I just love every big smooth inch of it. You just can't say no.

I see a lot of people complaining of Oblivion. I never had any problems with it. I play it on PC, so maybe that makes a difference. There were some flaws to it, but I found them to be very minor. I'll go with Just Cause 2, since I love playing it, as long as I'm not doing stupid missions!

Condemned 2: Bloodshot

Crysis, it had this huge flaw, called Plot. Well, it wasn't a flaw, it just wasn't there. But the Gameplay was damn good in my opinion. The biggest flaw was the frogs though, you could pick them up and if you threw them, they ignored Gravity.

Mirror's Edge - Terrible choice regarding cut-scenes (didn't fit the overall style and feel of the game), hazy and unclear story and badly explained, too few levels in the story mode... but I completely adore the game.
I completely agree. I'd also love a free run/map editor mode. I mean as in you take a pre-set level. Are allowed to set up enemies wherever you want. Drop a spawn point and an end point (optional) then run.

The combat in Psychonauts was like trying to ride a unicycle whilst having a seizure, but I still love that game.
