Anyways, any game where excessive farming is required to complete, especially when weird RNG algorithms don't coincide with stats. Demon's Souls Pure Bladestone took over ten hours alone to acquire (higher luck = more difficult...really??), but at least you get a ton of leveling out of it as a concession.
Also, escorting/babysitting missions in any game. Gopher fetching to pad out length, which GTA is getting very long in the tooth over. Hopefully 6 reinvents itself design-wise into some much more self-authored.
