Curse you Funcom! you soulless demons! how dare you make me spend so many hours of my damn life getting invested in these characters if you aren't going to let me know what frakking happens to them in the end?!?!FinalDream said:Oh, what I would give to have closure on Zoe Castillo and April Ryan...loui.emma said:The Longest Journey: Dreamfall Chapters.
Not coz I think it would be good, just coz I NEED CLOSURE DAMMIT!
I don't believe April is dead
I loved Dreamfall: The Longest Journey!
I miss bots. Sometimes I don't want to get killed from across the level by a 12 year old American who then calls me a gay-fag-head over xbox live.Tiny116 said:All in favour for Timesplitters?

It's called Deus ExAverageJoe said:The perfect game for me would be:
A lengthy First-Person-Shooter Action-RPG, with an exceptional story; relatable, believable and interesting characters in an equally interesting and artistically styled world. Smooth and intuitive gameplay reminiscent of the simplicity and ease of Half-Life 2's shooting mechanics but with all those lovely RPG add-ons and an inventory and leveling system. A huge world to explore, but the indoor missions being linear and well-designed to guide you along the way in the story, with great vistas, visual cues and cinematics. Great dialogue and moral-choice system that effects the way you play reminiscent to the one in The Witcher where all the choices are shades of grey. Finally, a great emotional ending that gives a sense of closure and accomplishment.
If all this was in one game, nothing else could ever possibly live up to it for me.

This, but lego.park92 said:an RTS with fully customizable units and fully customizable armies and abilities
I only played it recently after buying it on Steam, and due to not being blinded by nostalgia I realized how dated, clunky and unintuitive the gameplay was... As I said somewhere else on this forum, if Deus Ex was never released but instead came out today with modern graphics, but the same gameplay, it would NOT be well received. Hell, it would be branded as a mediocre game at best and rightly so in my honest opinion. I'm sure it was great at it's time but these days it just doesn't hold a candle to any of the good games... I'm honestly wondering whether it's legions of fans on the internet have even tried playing the game recently or if they're just living in the past. But that's just my opinion; I'm not going to say people can't enjoy the game these days, that would be stupid, but I do think a lot of people who worship it are simply nostalgic... Each to their own though, but I would never have bought it if it wasn't for all these people telling me how amazing the game was and I found myself completely underwhelmed. At least it was only $10Mercurio128 said:You sir, are clearly lacking a soul.AverageJoe said:Yeah, like Deus Ex, except fun.Mercurio128 said:It's called Deus Ex
