Enslaved: Odyssey to the West.

It came out recently and it's been pretty under the radar, but it's surprisingly good. The graphics are great and the gameplay is decent, but the acting, animation, and storyline are alone worth the price of admission. Easily the best acting I've ever seen/heard in a game. And it has a fantastic ending, too.

I dunno if it's worth a buy at $60 (only 10-12 hours), but if you appreciate good stories/characters in games, it's worth a rent no question.

Starts off simple but gets complicated very fast.

Arcanum. Was seriously good with a brilliant character development system.

Manufactoria is BY FAR the hardest flash game I have ever played. It's fun until the levels start practically taking calculus to solve.

My contribution: The Misadventures of P.B. Winterbottom. One of the quirkiest, most charming games I know.

Lead and Gold it got the shaft by being released a month before red dead redemption and then be compared to team fortress 2 which isnt being fair in my opinion

OMG I LOVE THAT GAME! sorry for the caps but I second this completely! Go out, get it from steam, and PLAY IT!

i got it on ps3 and after a slow start and some regret over buying it,it was really fun i would easily choose it over rdr but my only complaint is that everyone plays asblaster and has mastered dynamite -_-

I never played as blaster. Only ever taht gun slinger dude or the sniper. I actually haven't seen any blasters. Although I haven't played in a while. Might get back into it today.

Final Fantasy Tactics

I loved the game but I'm not too good with tactics against amazing AI. ONly ever got past the second level once. But definitly play this game if you like any Tactic games like Fire emblem.

Ya, I didn't know it existed but when I bought my last xbox(I have 5 now) it came with two games I could pick. Enchanted arms and Drak Sector. Wish more people would play online though.

It's amazing how many of these games I've played.

Anyway... Celtic Kings would be my choice. It was so underappreciated over here they didn't even release the third in the States, and now I can't find it 'cept in Italian! Wonderfully unique (Esp. for its time!) RTS/RPG.

Also, pretty much everything Jimmybobjr said. Impressions' old city builders (Caesar, Pharaoh, Zeus, Emperor) and new (Immortal Cities: COTN!), the Anno series (All of them; only 1701/1404 seemed to get through to American audiences)...

then you my friend are luck as hell cuz last couple of objective match end end up my team being stuck in our base by dude whipping dynamite and shooting us with a shotgun from a distance that is crazy far

They hear 'Wild West' and think "Bland, arid, and stereotypical." It sucks, I'd really like to have some co-op friends to participate in crazy shenanigans with.

I'm seriously addicted to this game, like WoW only about ten times more potent. Undead Nightmare isn't helping either.

I played through RDR and found load times too immense. Although that's the only thing I don't like about it so it's really good.

I'd say Bioshock. It's my favorite game, and shows how video games can have emotional storytelling. Plus, it's fun as hell.

I want my brother to try Fire Emblem. He makes fun of how I care for the lives of my characters... He just doesn't know, man.

I also want my mother to try Super Smash Brothers Brawl. It's easy to pick up and play, she loves the characters already, she knows their backgrounds and enjoys watching me play the games they come from. She just won't try a game herself. Claims games are too hard and fast-paced.

Don't shoot! I played it on release and adored it; the atmosphere was (and still is) among the best in gaming.
Second only to Ico, IMO, which would be my reply to the OT.

Ranger-X the little known shooter that is just awesome that NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT.

My friends with SNES had Megaman, I had Ranger X the game that did crazy things like Megaman


Just watch and try and tell me that it's not awesome.
