KOTOR 3, Republic Commando 2 (seriously. That game needs a sequel so badly it's not even funny.) Age of Empires IV (I'm sure it will come in time, but right now Ensemble is wasting its time with Halo Wars. Get back to the PC, guys!)

As you can tell from my Avatar, I really really want a freaking new Legacy of Kain or Soul Reaver game. Think of the wonderment you could have covorting as the old fashioned Albino Kain of yester-year in a free-roaming, Next Gen enviroment. I would kill my Grandmother and dance on her grave to see a new Overlord, and for god's sake, an MMO that doesn't feature running across the same flocking bustard map fifteen times >.<
I'd like to see Dungeon Keeper 3, the second one sucked but the ideas were moving in the right direction.
Another MOO would be great, I've played Gal Civ 2 and Moo3 and even with flaws I still find Moo3 to be the better game. I miss assault shuttles, nothing like turning your armada into mine.
I was going to suggest something like sim city societies, but perhaps something that works instead.
I'd love to see a combination of fps / rts that actually worked.

StarFox on Wii but going back to the series' roots with Fara (from the Nintendo Power manga that was published alongside the release of SNES StarFox) as Fox's girlfriend. Dinosaur Planet NEVER WAS A STARFOX GAME. Here's an idea. In the months following the defeat of Andross, a group of native Venomese want to exact revenge on General Pepper for sending Andross to ruin their home planet. Let the player decide which side (if either) StarFox takes.
Descent 4 would be kick-ass. Look at http://www.descent2.de/ for a free port of Descent 1 & 2 to Open GL with GREAT graphics
BRING RADIANT SILVERGUN TO XBLA! They're bringing Ikaruga so they should bring its predecessor from the Sega Saturn to the '360
Hi-Def remakes of the original Sega Genesis sonic games, and of Sonic CD. Bring back the 2D gameplay that made Sonic FUN.
Hi-Def remakes of Wing Commander 3 and 4 with all the live action cutscenes remastered in Hi-Def.
A game like Propeller Arena (the best dreamcast title to never hit store shelves) with mock-dogfighting and racing in old warbirds. Maybe add jets too, but offer as many choices of plane as Gran Turismo 4 offers choices of car! A mix of prop and jet would be great too.
A good Star Wars game for the Wii that makes the wiimote's built-in speaker make the lightsaber sounds.

I really want a sequel to Freelancer. It's not compatible with my Vista, and i really loved how utterly open it was. I could be a cargo hauler, a mercenary, a pirate, go anywhere i wanted, do anything, take on the galaxy. It was just good.
A few decent movie games would go down well. Namely the Lord of the Rings and the Matrix (at least the first one). Surely these were the most wasted licenses ever - especially given EA's ownership of both the film and book rights?
Besides that, Lucasarts needs to stop milking Star Wars - there hasn't been a good SW game, despite their frequency, in a number of years (where's the real Jedi Knight 3?) - and start getting intelligent new IPs and reviving revivable old ones - another 2D Monkey Island (with Schafer, Gilbert and Grossman in charge) would be favourite.

Unreal 3 - Returning to the Na Pali universe, an actual sequel unlike Unreal 2... I want another single player Unreal game.
