Far Cry 2, that game had so much potential, and the only reason why istill have it is because of a few gigs worth of maps. Yeah im a map editor now get used to it.
I love that map editor. I always make flood maps.

I once made a jungle flood map.
I think we all made flood maps... all of us.
Yes,but have you made a desert jungle? Or a savannah desert?

Privateer II
It had clive owen
It had chris walken
but it took out all the fun from the first one
I think if it had been decent it would have set up a franchise

Fable II. I was so hyped up about this game, I loved fable one i had about 3-4 days of game time
and i tryed to like it and i did until i realised it was fable I. But being the fable enthusiast i maxed out skills >_>. CoD: Waw - I liked it at first but then it just got old really quick then i realised it was because treyarch are horrible game developers. Although i liked number 3

For obvious reasons.
I agree, and I'm surprised more people haven't said this. The driving sequence, visually, was orgasmic- the controls, however, sucked ass. The writing was also a little laughable ("I'm the fucking UNIVERSE!") and car physics were horrendous.

But it could have been sooo good..

Borderlands (I would prefer the earlier version)
The Halo Series
Fallout 3 (great game but crappy ending)
and Mass Effect (same as Fallout)

Mortal Kombat Vs. DC, perhaps? I mean. It's awesome+awesome. How that didn't equal super-awesome, still has me confused a bit. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't very good at all either.

Other than that, Silent Hill Homecoming. That made me lose faith (completely) in Silent Hill ever having a good game connected to it's glorious name again. :(

Blood Omen 2

The controls were just so off - too stiff and limited - and generally it could have done with some much more care and attention. But I still played it to completion and enjoyed it being the badass vampire as I slaughter my way to become overlord of the world against the ultra-conservative crusading knights.

It would have been my all time greatest game but compared to even Sol Reaver that came out on the PS-ONE 3 years earlier (1999) had such smoother controls.

If you have patience for Tomb Raider 1 like controls, check it out.

Well, the first game that came to mind (and I'm really rather embarrassed to admit this) was Sonic Unleashed. Despite what I'd read and heard about it, I'd convinced myself that I may actually like the game; maybe the daytime levels would make up for the wherehog ones, or maybe I would actually enjoy smashing things as the wherehog, like I enjoyed playing as Wolverine or the Incredible Hulk...

Ugh....

As I said to a friend once before, I feel like I'm in an abusive relationship with Sonic the Hedgehog..

No quoting Jim Gaffigan's bit on fruit cake!

My vote goes to lost planet. Bionic Commando style of moving, giant mechs with changeable weapons, should've been great. But nope.

The Conduit.

I really wanted an FPS for Wii. I loved Metroid Prime 3, but I wanted something like that, but with a more action-streamlined gameplay. I also like my sci-fi plot, and the game seemed to like to play with conspiracy tropes. Also, it looked pretty good for a Wii game, graphically.

However, the controls were difficult, the graphics are crap, the art style is boring, all the enemies are cookie cutter and have laughably bad AI, collision was inconsistent with shooting people sometimes, the plot was so dull it hurt, every level was a rail shooter, some of the guns really were terrible...
