HONOSTLY, this is the second time I have had to say something about this tonight. The majority of the members on this forum constantly hate and put Modern Warfare 2 on your "worst games" lists and now you are claiming it to be praised?

Final Fantasy VI. I can't for the life of me see what's supposed to be good about this game. Also, Ico wasn't particularly good and it wasn't even particularly artistic.
There's a metric shit ton of people saying Halo, and yet I only hear hate for the Halo series...not that hearing endless praise for it would be any less annoying.
Anyway, there's nothing I would add that hasn't been said, but I guess the biggest offender for me currently is Minecraft. I haven't played it, and you would think that hearing endless praise for it would make me want to, but actually it's having the opposite effect.

Sure...they are "putting us on the map of the gaming industry" and we "should be proud" of them...but look at the product. Apart from another graphical overhaul...how do they innovate with this title? Well...I'll tell you how they DON'T innovate: story and characters.
All this being proud is bound to make them complacent...prolly even arrogant.
Okay... so i'm going to say somethin that will make some people somewhat upset:
Heavy Rain. I just don't like it. I's pretty much exactly what i don't want games to become: overly expensive straight to DVD movies. It seems to say "The gameplay isn't importand as long as the presentation is nice". And don't get me wrong, it IS nice. But a game should be about the gameplay, otherwise it's just a gimmicky movie.
