I'm a former pirate, and have never finished portal 1 or 2. Also I don't like Skyrim and only just got into minecraft.

I felt insulted by Bioshock 1.
And Infinite can kiss my ass.

in response to the OT:
I don't even know or care what MOBA means. Stumbling into LoL threads make me feel like I've fallen through the cracks of a parallel universe.

Well I got bored of Deus Ex after... *opens Steam* 3 hours. Huh. Well there goes the "best PC game ever" I guess.

And dammit, before someone tells me "oh it's good after hour 5! stick wit-" NO! If it's supposed to be so good how could I have dropped it after only 3 hours? Why was I not compelled to play through it in ridiculously long sittings?

Oh and Persona 3 has the WORST possible main character I have ever seen. I even tried to replay it recently and YEP, I STILL AGREE! Ruins the entire game for me personally. You cannot keep the antisocial loner archetype fully alive through a game about love and friendship. No. Bad. Stop it Atlus, you're better than this.

My confession is that i like game with female characters with giant boobs . My only complaint is that i'd like a character with a giant booty . Now i don't think that jiggle physics is bad , but it's not necessary , big boobs are enough . I'm going to stop here because i don't want this to turn into a discussion about sexism .

Confession 2 . I haven't played a sandbox game this generation . Except LA Noire but that doesn't count because it wasn't a real sandbox .
HEY! YOU CAN'T LIKE BOOBS! THAT'S SO SEXIST! STOP HAVING SEXUAL PREFERENCES AS THAT IS ALSO SEXIST! FUCK MAN! THINK OF ALL THE SMALL BREASTED GIRLS! YOU HURT THEIR FEELINGS YOU SEXIST PIG!

You're totes also indirectly insulting my beloved Mu-12 who clearly has small boobs (because she leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination.) You scum.

I may prefer the more petite girls, thinking about it. Maybe. Oh fawk now i'm being sexist apparently. FAWK!

[sub][sub][sub]A-cup or GTFO[/sub][/sub][/sub]
implying i care about small tittied girls

Wanna play that game mr. Tron? I like big women , i resent the fact that there aren't enough sexy 300 pound women in langerie in videogames . The industry needs more variety in their depiction of women of all shapes and sizes . Especially plus size . I'm sick and tired of seeing sexy skinny bitches! I want sexy big girls . Why don't people make girls to my sexual preference ?

Your move !

[small] while what i say about my sexual preference is true , nobody take this serious post seriously please .[/small]

I traded in Skyrim two weeks after buying it because I really didn't like it. I did the same with Fallout: New Vegas.

I have never finished Final Fantasy VIII without cheats.

I tried to play Team Fortress 2, had no idea what was going on and never went back to it.

Insulted? How?

OT: These days I read more about gaming than I practice it...

Would really recommend giving it another shot, TF2 is easily one of the best shooters I ever played by a long shot and actually got a fairly good ratio of skill across servers. If you feel lost try playing Heavy or pyro (fairly low skill ceilings) or just make an engineer nest on defense. You might be surprised how useful you can be, even if you're not dive bombing enemy medics as a soldier.

OT:

Have yet to finish any Half Life game or System Shock 2; please don't hurt me, I'm working through my backlog and I'll get to it as soon as possible.

Why do you hate FTP? Sure, hate Riot's system, but hating the whole business model seems odd when it can be completely different from game to game. I'm sure you wouldn't hate Dota 2's FTP, since you're complaining about buying heroes. There's literally nothing that affects the game that you can buy with money, all heroes are free (plus the community is slightly better. Not much, but a bit).

OT: I thought Bioshock 1 was a boring piece of crap. Infinite looks alright, but I'll probably just watch a playthrough instead of getting it, since the gameplay still looks kinda dull.

It hasn't aged well, and anyone who says otherwise is in denial.

OT: I've got a ton of half-finished games lying around. It's rare that one game captures me well enough to keep me only playing it until I finish it, so I'm usually jumping back and forth between two or three different games, and then I never finish any of them.

I can't enjoy the combat system of D&D CRPGs. Baldur's Gate, Neverwinter Nights, Icewind Dale, I just can't get into them because of the ridiculous rules and combat. But I love Knights of the Old Republic. Imagine that. It even extends to Morrowind, though that's more because it's what is supposed to be an action-RPG that still relies on die rolls for the combat. Blegh. Fuck off, Morrowind, that stab clearly hit the damn mudcrab on the shell.

Slight extension of the last one, I don't particularly care about anything Bethesda does. Skyrim was pretty fun, but nothing about Morrowind, Oblivion, or Fallout 3 grabbed me in any way.

I respect Sonic Unleashed. The night stages were hit-or-miss and had no business being in a Sonic game in the first place, but the day stages paved the path for Sonic Colors and Generations.

I had more fun with Bioshock 2 than the first one. Andrew Ryan pretty much carries the first game, and while 2 didn't have an antagonist like that, more of the actual characters were memorable for me and the gameplay was so much tighter and better balanced.

I don't care about what people call sexism in video games, and laugh inside when my friends talk about how sexist a game is for having sexualized characters -- like Isabella in DA2, even if it fits her character.

I also never actually cried during The Walking Dead, but my feels were felt for sure.

When I played Demon's Souls online, I was a particularly nasty black phantom. As a black phantom, my one and only goal is to see you dead.

I did not bow before a fight. I did not bow or taunt if I won a fight. I deliberately attacked players foolish enough to bow to me, a black phantom. I would exploit whatever opening you gave, to see the job finished.

However, I was also particularly nasty toward black phantoms. I would turtle them from behind an Adjudicator's Shield+5 with a Scraping Spear+5(I only used the Scraping Spear AGAINST black phantoms, not AS a black phantom). Especially if they were dual wielding Uchigatanas. :D

Hey, invade and try to kill me in my world, I'll fight you on my own terms.

The hate mail I would get was quite amusing, since I didn't adhere to any 'Code of Honor' and actually DID make use the Scraping Spear.

...I don't really have anything to confess.

I absolutely love Skyrim. One of my favorite games of all time (after 20+ years of gaming). I didn't like Oblivion and didn't even play Morrowind.....

My list of unfinished games is embarrassingly long. And it includes Skyrim...

I also enjoy CoD multiplayer. Sorry.

A lot of "confessions" are things that wouldn't feel wrong if people weren't jerks. IJW shouldn't apologize for liking CoD.

My confession is one that actually makes me a jit I feel. I've told people Psychonauts was a good game even though I haven't had the chance to play it since I bought it. The reason I do that is that the last time I admitted I hadn't played it I was accused of being a hypocrite for saying I like "fun".

I used the Dragon head cheat in Dark Souls after getting fed up with Blighttown. Don't think I would've been able to platinum the game otherwise, so it's a tainted platinum to me.
Cheated in Dark Souls as well by copying the crafting stones. Farming them was so fucking dull though, so I have no remorse.
