My wife and I play the lego games, rock band, anything easy and with co op. I keep trying to teach her dual analog controls, but she refuses to learn.

I'm playing Heavy Rain with my current girlfriend, but that's about all she's interested in aside from Wii games.

My ex and I played WoW together all the time, and got together with another WoW couple and had sex...I mean, partied up and ran instances. Heh heh, yeah...that's what I meant.
PM me with the details. With a name like sweaty ballsack, they must be good. I must know.

My Girlfriend likes to watch me play videogames, especially KillZone 2 if I'm drunk online and therefore performing poorly and throw fits claiming the shots aren't registering, but she doesn't partake with me.
Yeah, this is what usually happens with me and mine. Like, they actually say they enjoy watching but prefer not to play.

my and my partner are currently playing through the Gears of War campaigns - I try and back her up whilst she goes out in front, because I've a lot more experience with console shooters and she's always had problems with the controls, so if I was to run ahead there wouldn't be anything left. She often helps me out when it comes to slower, more RPG-ish games because I'm usually not very good at them. She also wants to get me into her rugby and football games but I'm just not really interested. Annoyingly, before my PC broke and started sucking up money, we were going to buy a second PC so we could play games like TF2 and L4D together.

My fiance, and I are both female gamers and we met in chat rooms for awhile, but our romance didn't pick up until after I met her in person in an emergancy room for a broken arm by sheer coincidence (she was the surgical resident who reset my arm). We 1st began as a flirty couple of girls on Xbox live, owning some pretty bad kids at Halo 2. We even got banned once cause they complained that we were gross and unwanted even tho it was just harmless playful flirting. Until one day when our ban was lifted she asked me if i was seriously into other women, and I admitted to her I was bisexual and currently in a relationship, we backed off for awhile. Then the same year the guy i was dating got real violent with me and broke my arm after he threw me out of a moving vehicle and luckily someone called the police. I finally got to meet the girl I chatted with all that time in person by sheer coincidence. I didnt know where she lived, i didnt know what she looked like, or even what she did for a living. We just knew eachother's names and she looked at my Chart and just said "AlisonPrime360" (Not my gamer tag for Xbox live anymore) and I was shocked she knew my tag and I just said yes. After setting my arm and I was discharged she met me in the parking lot and asked me out one more time and I accepted, and 3 years later, We're set to Domesticly Partnered.
...wow, really? I'm so glad that things worked out for you two! :D I mean, the journey didn't sound entirely pleasant, but still!

Still looking for a gaming buddy who I could tolerate as a significant other. Hasn't been very successful since the people who fit that description tend to live hundreds of miles from me. :(

My beloved one and me, we usually just play classics on SNES, Gameboy or Wii-games together.
She, being similar to me in sometimes scary ways, just hasnt the patience to get into new kinds of gaming. If i am not flashed and excited from the first second on, i experience the same.
But if i can get some controllers for my PC i probably will get her with Marvel Ultimate Alliance, its simple,co-op, and it features X-Men and Fantastic 4. My girl loves her X-men.

Pretty much every day off now I play new super mario brothers with my Hubby, and looking at trying to find other good wii co op games.

P.S New Super Mario Bro's is amazingly tough at times so not really recommend for novice gamers.

Considering that I don't usually date geek/nerd girls, this tends to severely limit the amount of gaming I do with significant others. I greatly prefer girls who have interests besides games.

Well, there was a lot of vodka and peyote involved, so my memory of the events in question is dubious at best.

I'm not too sure about your other half, but I have the feeling my girlfriend watches me play just to take part in my hobby because she's never ever had an interest in gaming and never touched a controller, which is very sweet.

My girlfriend plays a bit, not as much as me though.

She liked Oblivion, and it is hilarious to watch her.

>Walks into store

>Accidently steals something

>People her angry and tell her to leave

>Guards pursue her

>She pays fine and guard says "I was hoping you would resist arrest"

>She does not understand what will happend when she resist arrest.

>She reloads the game and choose resist arrest.

>Guards kill her.

I was laughing so much.

I've always wanted a girlfriend who was into video games, but at the same time I think I would find it extremely weird...

Whilst I love my boyfriend ever-oh-so-much, he doesn't half annoy me over certain things. Gaming being one of them. He's a terrible "backseat driver" kind of person... That's whether we play co-op (rarely, as I tend to prefer RPGs anyhow) or if he's watching me play a game solo. I've been known to quit playing because he winds me up so much telling me what/how to play certain things cause he can't just sit and watch, he has to try and "help".

So we don't tend to play together all that often. Rather be doing other things with him anyway!
