For me personally it has to be the end level against King Bohan in Heavenly Sword. Really hard and frustrating.

Fighting Pennance on FFX 15,000,000 health and 2 regenerating arms that could do a move to kill you in one hit, so you had to be constantly destroying them. 1 and a half hours it took me.

Any campaign on L4D Expert when you're playing with people who aren't that good. Go try it, it's like pulling teeth.

The Library level in Halo:CE on Legendary difficulty...The entire level was one big can of "Piss You Off" Spray. Even the infamous Cortana level in Halo 3 doesn't compare to that trek through the god damn Library in the first one.

oh come on it's not that hard i can do it on Sith Lord.

The Bunker on Little Big Planet is horribly difficult, yet satisfyingly addictive as well so i'll forgive it.

I think the hardest level ever devised is the boss fight against Ripper Roo on the original Crash Bandicoot Game, closely followed by the first task of the Triwizard Tournament in the 4th (and disappointingly linear) Harry Potter Game.

O god, things that make me rage.....probably the entire God of War 2 on Titan mode, or Mile high club on vet on CoD4. Wait.....no....the first time i tried to beat the devil in Guitar Hero 3 on expert. I spent a total of 7 consecutive hours trying to beat that guy

specialy the ones with a timer at the top you got an hour half hour to kill everything then save the world or whatever

Sonic Heroes had some incredibly awful level designs =P I especially hate the one in the haunted mansion, which has an absolutely mind-murdering finish.
