It can be generally assumed that military games will have multiplayer, because playing soldiers is great fun with other people. There's nothing really remarkable that the story can do, usually. Funny thing - this was the problem with Battlefield Bad company; only it was the opposite. They focused so much on the single player their multiplayer was a watered down version of a true Battlefield experience.
Of course, there are some who would say a true battlefield experience can't be had on a console... but either way, single player doesn't matter!!!
But come on..Bioshock 2? The Darkness? Is anybody honestly going to say "Gee whiz, this is great. I'm going to ditch TF2/MW2 and play this!"
