Mostly he ignored the half-breed, but her comment about ?honour? made him raise an eyebrow. ?The least ?honourable? vampires I have ever met still rank higher than any demon.? He said flatly. ?A demon thinks of what is best for itself first, and others never.? Viktor rolled his eye a bit as Lenah tried to play peace maker. There?s always one?

"Give this to him when he wakes up, okay? It's not enough to make him hyper or anything, but it'll help him feel better."

?Spasybi? He replied with a slight smile as the nymph handed him a cup of water. Looking down at the still out Will, he couldn?t help but sympathize. After he?d been ?turned? and taken back to the Clan, he?d spent weeks jumping at shadows or anytime someone got close to him. Vampires were evil after all weren?t they? Ravening monsters that wanted to use humans like living wineskins? Juliet speaking up shook him from his dip into old memories, but he quickly realized she was just bitching? until she implied that Sierra had a history with Seth. Not surprising I guess. He thought. They like to stab each other in the back as much as they stab everyone else.

A sound beside him drew his attention to the re-awakening Will. Seeing the boy trying to subtlety check his neck caused Viktor to rumble with a deep chuckle. ?Don?t worry young blood.? He said with a smile. ?Despite what that asshole Seth implied, I only eat people who piss me off?and anyways you don?t look like you?d even make a light snack.? Picking up the cup between a couple of thick fingers, he offed the water to Will. ?Don?t worry its from the nymph. It should set you right.?

Will was surprise at first when he heard the chuckle from the vampire. Looking over at him as Viktor started talk to him.

"Don't worry young blood." He said while smiling. "Despite what that asshole Seth implied, I only eat people who piss me off...and anyways you don't look like you'd even make a light snack."

Nodding at Viktor as he wasn't sure what to say. While he didn't seem as scary as before, he heard stories of vampire trickery from his mentor. Though he highly doubt a school would let a Vampire in if they weren't friendly, Will hoped. As he was about to say something to Viktor, he was stop as Viktor handed him a cup of water.

"Don't worry its from the nymph. It should set you right."

"T-Thank you.." Will said as he takes the cup and drinks it all down. It wasn't much, but he felt the effects imminently. His body felt great and refresh. Smiling as he let out a sigh of content.

Looking back over at Viktor as he seem to eased up a little bit. "Sorry for...passing out." he mumble a bit, but as he continue to speak he got a bit more confident around the Vampire. "I"m not really..used to being around others...I sort of been..."He paused as he look for the right word. "Alone in my life, in a way."

Sierra chuckled at the vampire and his comment about demons lacking honor. True as it was. "I don't think some one who's race is know for being selfish, arrogant and as prone to betraying others as well as their own kind as any demon should be saying such things." She said, snickering a bit as she destroyed the cards pieces with her demon powers. "It lacks self awareness, enough so to be rather funny."

Sierra then turned to Juliet, and thought a moment before replying "It's nothing, well, nothing any of you need to worry about. Least it shouldn't be anyway. I think ..." She said, unsure of why Seth would even be here. "Maybe? Anyway i don't know him that well, only met him once and then heard a bit about him from Beerus. All I know is that I don't like him being here and nether should you. God only knows what he did or said to get into Gungnir ..."

"Sorry for...passing out. I?m not really...used to being around others...I sort of been?Alone in my life, in a way."

?It?s all right young blood.? Viktor replied with a bit of a pointy smile. ?I went from gut shot and bleeding out in a ditch to finding out that those monsters from the fairy tales were true in the span of about twelve hours, so I can sympathize about being overwhelmed by it all.?

"I don't think someone whose race is known for being selfish, arrogant and as prone to betraying others as well as their own kind as any demon should be saying such things. It lacks self-awareness, enough so to be rather funny."

?Have you ever met a vampire before?? Viktor asked casually. Reaching up, he pulled off his eye patch for a moment, and scratched at the mass of scars and empty eye socket that was the left side of his face; satisfied, he put the patch back on. ?Because you can?t trust the humans to provide an accurate accounting of us. While there are some vampires who are kholera v dupi, for the most part a vampire?s first duty is to his or her clan. On the other hand in seventy or so years of dealing with demons?of all types mind you?I have been stabbed in the back more times than I can count. Literally on at least four separate occasions?so forgive me if I don?t trust your kind as far as I can throw them.? He added with a touch of sarcasm.

Reaching into his jacket he extracted a battered tin from an inside pocket, and pulled out a hand rolled cigarette. Trading the tin for an equally battered looking lighter, he took a long drag.

"Well, apparently I'm a pretty vocal snorer if my last bunkmate is to be believed. Just a heads up."

"I'm sure it's not that bad," Lenah said, encouragingly, though she had to admit that snoring was something she wasn't good at dealing with. When she needed to sleep, she needed to sleep, and snoring was sort of a deal-breaker to her.

I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings, though.

Luckily, the person she had asked already, Mirabelle, had a pleasing reply.

"Uh, well...if you want to...i mean, as far as i know, nothing you want to do would bother me. Yeah, why not?"

Lenah beamed, her smile refreshing compared to the annoyance that still seemed to seep into the group, with insults and passive aggressive remarks being thrown around. "That's great," she replied, looking at Mirabelle. She still wasn't sure what to think of a someone like that, not entirely natural, after all, so she was curious.

I hope she won't mind that.

Still, a new person to share a room with meant new habits to get used to, which would be fun. Mirabelle seemed a lot nicer than her former roommate too, who could be somewhat of a grump when studying. Noticing that Will was up, and that he had drunk the water, she waved, friendly, though did not address him. Poor guy probably wanted some more time to get back to it.

"It's all right young blood." Watching Viktor smiled as he said this "I went from gut shot and bleeding out in a ditch to finding out that those monsters from the fairy tales were true in the span of about twelve hours, so I can sympathize about being overwhelmed by it all."

"Well..not overwhelmed by seeing 'monsters'" William said, wanting to make sure he wasn't afraid of them in that sense. "My mentor sort of train me in that aspect. What he saw during his days as a hunter.." He said, and was about to tell more about his mentor until they were interrupted by Sierra.

Keeping quiet while the two sort of insult each other and Viktor took out a cigar to smoke. Returning his gaze back to the crowd as he spots one of them, the nymph he remembers, waving at him. With a sheepish smile he waves back. Mouthing the words thank you since she was the one who gave him the water.

Tomas

Tomas wonder if this team could even go on without fighting over something stupid. It seems there were going to be a lot of problems within the near future with regrading the two Demons and the Vampire. Plus the Succubus seem to be a major pervert who does not know the word personal space. He would have to keep a eye on her if she try anything funny with him.

He hope, that like Issac, she is just flirty and won't try anything. Though reading up on the Succubus class, he highly doubt it. Perhaps he should have a few word with her about trying not to be to pushy with her teammates, and if she so desires a 'midnight snack' that she looks for other students beside the team. He didn't want to add more tension to a already tense team.

"Well isn't that just some right nice sugar coating right there, but if you think I'm gonna believe you just cause you say so your out of your mind." Sierra said as she pulled her book of enchantments back out. "Besides, If you think I care you don't trust me because of something I had no control over then, not only have I no need or desire for you to trust me, or associate with you." Sierra finished and turned her attention to her note book.

Seth returned a few minutes later, with a bunch of folders under his arm. He took one look around and snickered "Well, judging from that feeling hanging in the air, I can see you all have started to make friends already. Anyway, your new quarters are almost ready. Day after tomorrow are when Lances will be able to move in. In the mean time you are free to go except..." He said as he rolled a nine sided die in the air, it stopping on a '6' "Jack, you stay for a minute. Every one else is free to go and finish your bunking arrangements if you haven't or do what ever, I'll call on who ever I pick next when I'm done speaking to Jack."

Sierra was up and out the door before Seth had even finished that last sentence, eager to be away from the racist vampire for at least a little longer.

"Well?not overwhelmed by seeing 'monsters', my mentor sort of train me in that aspect. What he saw during his days as a hunter?"

Before he even realized it, Viktor let out a deep growl as soon as Will mentioned ?hunters?; He?d lost too many friends and associates to them. He didn?t begrudge humans trying to defend themselves, but many of the hunters in Eastern Europe didn?t care that most Clans had stopped hunting random humans centuries ago, and didn?t care to differentiate between a vampire, a familiar?or an innocent bystander. He?d seen far too much ?collateral damage? even before he?d been turned, to ever be okay with it. After a moment he realized what he was doing and shook his head. ?Sorry about that??

"Besides, If you think I care you don't trust me because of something I had no control over then, not only have I no need or desire for you to trust me, or associate with you."

?Well thank fuck for that.? He muttered softly. The sooner all the demons fucked off the happier he?d be. His mood took a further damper when Seth re-appeared. I guess it was too much to hope for that he?d have gotten exorcized while he was gone.

"Well, judging from that feeling hanging in the air, I can see you all have started to make friends already. Anyway, your new quarters are almost ready. Day after tomorrow are when Lances will be able to move in. In the mean time you are free to go except?Jack, you stay for a minute. Everyone else is free to go and finish your bunking arrangements if you haven't or do whatever, I'll call on who ever I pick next when I'm done speaking to Jack."

Seeing as they?d been dismissed, Viktor stubbed out what was left of his smoke on the heel of his hand and stuck the butt back into his smokes tin. ?Alright young blood.? He said finally. ?I?ll see you around?I gotta go hit something.?

As Sierra was rushing out the door, she failed to notice someone was about to walk in. Bumping into each other as the figure excuse himself, "Sorry about that Miss." Infront of her seem to be one of the teachers of the school. His posture speaks that he had at least some training in fighting. The clothing spoke that he that he prides himself being a professional.

He looked like he was either in his late 20's or early 30's. Though while he smiled seem pleasing, his eyes spoke something else. He had the eyes of a killer. "I was wondering if this was the lancer group that has a certain fellow. He goes by the name William? Short, white hair, a bit skittish at times."

Tomas

While glad that he didn't have to stand here any longer and listen to the two demons and the vampire agrue with each other. He still didn't know who he was going to bunk with. Looking over at Jarrah as he sighs, he really didn't want to bunk with him for only one reason. The snoring was horrendous. Though with no other person he could trush, he'd rather have Jarrah. Walking over to the big guy as he said "Bunking partners?" He ask simply.

William

When he heard his new friend groan, he could understand why. His mentor wasn't always pleased with how his life turn out. He made a lot of bad choices that he now regrets. At least that what he tells William. "I understand." he merely said before the Vik and Sierra start again in fighting.

Sighing as he wish they wouldn't find like this. Though he wouldn't get in the way either. It's sometimes bests to let people speak what they want to say and then sort it out later. Wondering if he could help get pass this whole ugly business as he had a idea. Tomorrow he'll make everyone breakfast, or lunch! Or whenever they get a chance to eat. Can't be angry when you are enjoying a great meal!

Will snap out of his thoughts as he heard Viktor saying his good byes. "Oh..um..Ok Viktor." he merely said. Though before Viktor got to far away, Will ran up to him and tap his shoulder. "Um Viktor...since I don't have a roommate yet. Would you like to share a room?" He ask, a bit nervous though feeling a bit safer around Viktor. He didn't seem like too much of a bad guy. Sort of reminds him of his mentor.

"Sorry" Sierra said as she bumped into, some one who looked like staff, judging from how he carried him self, on of the combat instructors. He asked her about William and she point him out then resumed her leaving. Her goal ended up being the couch, in her current dorm and a book to take her mind of the ass hole vampire.

"That's great,"

Mirabelle smiled back to Lenah, happy that she hadn't offended in any way. Considering the current hostilities in the group already, she considered that a personal victory. After that she watched the verbal shots fly between her friend and Viktor until Seth came back in.

"Well, judging from that feeling hanging in the air, I can see you all have started to make friends already. Anyway, your new quarters are almost ready. Day after tomorrow are when Lances will be able to move in. In the mean time you are free to go except...Jack, you stay for a minute. Every one else is free to go and finish your bunking arrangements if you haven't or do what ever, I'll call on who ever I pick next when I'm done speaking to Jack."

And, with that, it seemed that the meeting was over for now, what with people heading out in a hurry. Mira seemed a bit surprised about the rooms taking so long to get done, having figured that they were already done or at least close to completion based on what Seth had said before. Still, it allowed her time to pack all of her stuff again, and mess around with the Flexi-steel again before her routine changed so it wasn't all too bad...though the prospect of carrying all of those heavy bags over again didn't exactly fill her with joy.

She also didn't know what to think about Seth calling them back in for a one on one conversation. On the one hand, it seemed like it was going to be a relatively harmless conversation...on the other hand, Sierra seemed wary of him, which meant, if she was right, that he probably didn't have the best intentions at heart. Still, she didn't expect anything bad would happen when they talked, she just needed to take care and be cautious when her turn came around. In the meantime...

Mirabelle looked over to Lenah and asked, "So, uh...do you want to do anything?"

Lenah felt a sense of relief as Seth returned, the mood had turned sour among the group, and people were getting offended at a rapid pace. Those not involved were at best feeling uncomfortable. Hopefully their supervisor would get things straight, it was simply not safe for a group to

"Well, judging from that feeling hanging in the air, I can see you all have started to make friends already. Anyway, your new quarters are almost ready. Day after tomorrow are when Lances will be able to move in. In the mean time you are free to go except..."

The sense of relief disappeared, as she realized that Seth wasn't going to do anything else than poke fun at the tense atmosphere, and dismiss the group. Then again, perhaps that was the best approach, forcing them to get along never did seem to work in primary school, and it was definitely not going to work with adults.

"Jack, you stay for a minute. Everyone else is free to go and finish your bunking arrangements if you haven't or do whatever, I'll call on who ever I pick next when I'm done speaking to Jack."

Yes sir.

Lenah thought to herself, partly amused and partly sarcastically. For someone who was supposed to keep an eye on them, Seth didn't seem to care a whole lot. Then again, it was college, the people who cared among both students and professors seemed to be the minority. Several of the others stormed out, but at least they weren't around to argue anymore.

"So, uh...do you want to do anything?"

Mirabelle asked, and Lenah turned to her. She nodded without a second thought, getting to know your future roommate was pretty important.

It's important to know what makes the person you're bunking with tick.

Perhaps more so with Mirabelle than most others.

Oh gosh, I hope that's not a rude thought.

Considering the whole... well, golem thing.

"Sure, what did you have in mind? Just talking, or going somewhere? Or even sparring, it'd be interesting to see what you can do," she said, making it clear that she was open to doing pretty much anything Mirabelle thought of as hanging out.

"The only thing I ask for is a bit of air, being inside is a bit stuffy, and I've still got classes later today." She put the bag over her shoulder, and stood up, waiting for Mirabelle to give a reply.

Will soon regained consciousness, and Seth entered soon after declaring the meeting over and setting up a personal meeting with Jack. Presumably there would be one on one meetings with each of them in turn after that, though for now Juliet could rest easy knowing that she'd accomplished her immediate goals. Too bad about Will, it'll be tricky to get at him with that vampire taking him under his wing. Especially so since they're likely going to be roommates.

She was about to leave when a man entered, a teacher of some sort by the look of him, and asked about Will. His mentor perhaps? Maybe I should stick around a bit longer, this could be interesting. Besides if Viktor leaves first I might get to talk to Will alone some more, though I think I might try a somewhat less direct approach this time...

Just as he was turning to leave, Viktor heard Will running after him, and then felt a tap on his shoulder.

"Um Viktor...since I don't have a roommate yet. Would you like to share a room?"

?Sure why not.? He replied, turning about to look at the kid. Clapping Will on the shoulder, he leaned in a bit when he spotted Juliet looking their way. ?Word of warning; always assume a demon is lying to you?generally they are anyways.? Letting go, he once again headed off to find a gym of some sort. Leaving a bit behind Sierra, he overheard some staff member looking for Will. Wonder what that?s all about? Heading to what would have been his room, he entered the suite and saw his bags stacked neatly in the middle of the rood where the thrall had left them. His baggage consisted of two items, an old Red Army duffel bag, and a hard case that was nearly as big as Viktor. After checking the case to make sure it hadn?t been opened, he dug into the duffel bag and retrieved a pair of shorts.

Using the campus map he?d been given, he was able to use a series of covered and UV protected hallways to cross to where the gym was. Once there, he changed clothes, made his way over to the weighted bags and began to work it.

Glad that he found a roommate as he was about to leave when he heard a familiar voice. Seeing his mentor step into the room as he smiles. "Sir! It's you!" Walking up to him and giving him a hug. He was like a father figure in William life. Even though he never actually called him dad. The mentor smiled and chuckle. "Heh good to see you too Will. I hope you been able to adjust around groups."

Will cough a bit as he didn't want to disappoint his mentor. "Might have had a bad start..but I'm making baby steps. I at least have a roommate now."

Juliet couldn't hide a bit of a smile as Viktor left, sure he'd probably warned Will about her or something, at the very least he'd whispered something to the kid. Given his apparent dislike of her kind a warning of some sort seemed likely, or maybe he'd just told him to come running if she ever bothered him or something like that. Not that it matters, I doubt I'll have too much trouble convincing Will I'm friendly. Of course Will's mentor was here now as well, which presented both opportunities and complications depending on how the man reacted to her presence.

Smiling she approached the two "Hi, you must be Will's mentor," she said "I'm Juliet."

She then turned to Will, her expression becoming somewhat concerned and apologetic "I'm sorry about earlier, I didn't mean to scare you," she said "you didn't get hurt when you... well anyways you're ok now right?"

Hopefully this approach wouldn't leave Will completely incapable of speech. She figured that speaking around his fainting was probably a good idea as well, at least in front of his mentor, who she doubted Will would want to be embarrassed in front of.

"Sure, what did you have in mind? Just talking, or going somewhere? Or even sparring, it'd be interesting to see what you can do,"

Mirabelle stopped for a moment and began to think. She was actually hoping that Lenah would have an idea of what to do, but it now became apparent that she would be the onr deciding. Of course, it would help if she knew any of Lenah's preferences...then again, in order to learn those, she needed to do this. It's a vicious cycle, one bound by disappointment in opinions and the risk of finding out that neither of you like the things that the other likes.

Mirabelle blinked for a second at that last thought and how unusually dark it was, trying to figure out where it came from. Coming up unsuccessful, she instead decided to avert said thought, after all, it was far more likely that they did have something in common than not. She just had to figure out what it was...

"The only thing I ask for is a bit of air, being inside is a bit stuffy, and I've still got classes later today."

"Well, i uh...i think we should take sparring off the table for now. I have a bad tendency to accidentally hurt the person i am fighting with, even when it is just a friendly match." She said, wary of hurting her new friend. If it was Jarrah or maybe Tomas, someone who she knew could take a punch from her without instantly having something broken, then maybe she would give the thought a bit more consideration but as it stood now, the answer would still probably be nope.

"Uh, outside of that...i haven't been outside very much so i don't know much that we can do out there. Why don't we walk around and talk until we find something? It is Gato after all, i doubt that we will have to go too far before we find something interesting."

As soon as he heard her voice he froze. 'Oh no, no no no.' He thought in his head as he seen her standing right beside him. Though his mentor seem to overlook the shock on Will's face. "Ah you must be one of William new teammates. A pleasure to meet you Juliet." He shook her hand. Seeing her turn and face him as she had on a apologetic look. 'Could she be faking it? Vik did say Demons are liars, but aren't we suppose to be on a team?'

"I'm sorry about earlier, I didn't mean to scare you," and then she added "you didn't get hurt when you... well anyways you're ok now right?"

"Oh..it's alright..and I am."He said sheepishly as he turn to his Mentor who seem to have a concern look. "It was nothing sir!" He quickly added. The mentor seem he wanted to asked more but let it slide for now. "Very well." He said and then smile. "I was going to see if you wanted to get something to eat, but seeing you with your teammates, I think you should get to know them better. Like Juliet here."

Will froze when his mentor said this. 'Darn Darn Darn!' He was about to fight against it, but stopped. This was his chance to make his Mentor proud of him for being able to handle other people. Swallowing as he said "Y-y-yes sir." It was going to be a long, long day for him. With that the Mentor gave him a patted on the back and left.

Well it seemed like she'd made a decent impression on Will's mentor at least, I wonder if he knows what I am. He is a teacher from the looks of it, so he probably does. Still Will himself was far too nervous around her, that would likely be a matter of getting him to be more comfortable around her presence. Thankfully his mentor had given her a wonderful idea in that department.

"There's no need to be so nervous, I'm not going to hurt you," she said, then looked suddenly sad "Its not because I'm a demon is it?" she sighed "this is why I don't like telling people."

She paused for a few moments then brightened back up a little "you know if you're hungry we could go get something to eat," she said.

Will felt like he was a jackass for making her feel sad. Sort of forgetting Viktor's words of wisdom regarding Demons. Rubbing a bit of his hair out of his face and behind his ear as he tries to build up enough courage to actually go out to eat. "Um..well..It's not that you're a demon...it just that..I never got used to being around crowds." he said as he added "I'm mostly been by myself for most of my life."

"Plus, I really..don't have any money at all." Opening up his pockets as he was flat broke. "And I would hate to ask a new friend to buy me something to eat. So, how about I cook something instead?" Giving a small smile.
