"I'd like to say, but I've got classes. I guess I'll see you around then, maybe?"
"I hope so," she chimed back, standing and getting her instruments, singing to herself as she did. She too had classes, and while she'd love to spend more time outside, she reasoned that she couldn't really miss more of them than she already had.
Not if I'm going to join Gungnir.
Next Day
"Will all Gungnir candidates please make your way to your appointed meeting site"
Lenah had been waiting for the announcement the whole day. While Mr. Donavon had told her when it would happen -between morning and evening classes- but she'd still been fairly occupied during her classes, thinking about it, trying to figure out who she would meet, and just what they wanted them to do. With long rose-colored hair lightly flowing after her as she ran, Lenah made her way over to where the meeting site was. It was inside, which was a shame, but at least it looked bigger when she got inside than what it looked like from the outside. It even had banners.
Oh, wow.
She thought, as she entered.
I wonder how many people will show up.
Smiling brightly, she went to get her name written down in the books, before sitting down next to some of the others. She recognized Jarrah from the day before, and greeted him.
"Hi, Jarrah, right? It was nice meeting you yesterday, but wow, I didn't realize you signed up for this as well! Oh," she looked to the others, who were currently spread a little around. Meeting each of their eyes at some point as she spoke, she raised her voice;
"Hi, my name is Lenah, it's nice to meet all of you. I hope we'll have an enjoyable time together, even if it's this kind of thing." Pleased with her introduction, she looked to Jarrah again.
"So, how have you been? I'm a tiny bit tired, there was a party yesterday, and I promised my room-mate that we'd go." Despite saying this, she still seemed as bubbly and full of life as the day before.
