Yeah, cKy are fucking immense. We've been waiting for them to come here since bloody forever. As soon as they bang out Escape from Hellview or Hellions on Parade or fucking anything, we'll go mental.

Also, do you reckon Megadeth'll play Tornado of Souls? That'd make my day, nay, my year.
They have to play 96 Quite Bitter Beings..... Then I could die happy haha

They played Tornado of Souls when I saw them but that was 2007 so dunno how much their set will of changed. Fingers crossed for you though love.
Indeed, cKy will be, as the kids say, 'So much win'.

Gar, I know I'll have my fingers crossed, they'll be in fucking knots...

I've only gone to two live performances and both were for a band some guys at my high school put together. It's a garage band, but I was shocked how good they are.

Going to: The Prodigy at the Milton Keynes bowl. Mainly going because three of my favorite bands are playing with them, and I rather like the Prodigy as well.
The bands that are playing there are:
The Prodigy (Duh :))
Enter Shikari
Pendulum
Does it Offend You, Yeah?
Chase & Status
And Zane Lowe from BBC Radio 1 is doing a little DJ thing.
I'm going to try and see Enter Shikari again this year if they're on and I can get where they're playing..

I've been to see: Linkin Park (Supporters Biffy Clyro)
They were amazing, and they gave me a free recording of the whole gig for my iPod! Fantastic :)
Fall Out Boy (Supporters where You Me at Six and some american band where playing too..). Could've been better, but still had a great time.
I sat down for both of those gigs (well, everyone in the stands stood up for Fall Out Boy, including myself), then when I went to see Enter Shikari I was initially sad that I had to have a Standing seat (The venue was mostly standing only), but when I was there I realised what I'd missed out on. Was the best night of my life.

Also get to see Tim Minchin... taking some spare underwear to throw at him lmao
Ah, I saw him last september in Brighton, it was fucking brilliant. He has the most hilarious awkward standup stuff, it's great.

I'm hoping to go see MGMT in Brixton in September, but it's a pretty dangerous place for a kid like me, so I'm only going to go if we can get a bit of a group up there, which could prove troublesome cause most people don't seem to like their new stuff.

I also saw The Fall of Troy in November, which was just stupidly brilliant, I don't think I've ever sweated so much in all my life.

I actually can't wait, I always seem to miss him when he plays in Glasgow/Edinburgh... Gonna take some Canvas Bags to wave at him.

You have to try and get to MGMT, there are just mind numbingly fantastic live. Wear body armor and go on your own if need be, its so worth it.

My brother's this evening.

Haven't got any more gigs planned, really. Although I have seen Depeche Mode.

I'm seeing Kele (Okereke, frontman of Bloc Party) on the 11th, and We Are Scientists on the 24th. Then it's Leeds in the summer which I am INCREDIBLY excited for.

The only people we get here are country and pop.

AC/DC played here once in the 70s, the singer got hit in the face with a bottle. They said "Screw this place," left, and nary a good band's been here since.

I saw Kansas last year. That was Much better than I thought it would be.

I've also seen Three days grace, Breaking Benjamin, Flyleaf, Shinedown, Puddle Of Mudd and Skillet.

The highlight of my life was when I went to Bamboozle for the first time this year. I saw one of my favorite bands; Escape the Fate. Nobody was bad at bamboozle.... except Ke$ha..... eww :p.

Have you seen them live? I'm not really sure what it would be like, I mean, I love the music, it's all I've listened to recently, but at the same time, do people dance? I mean, it's not sitting down music, but it's not moshing either, and I'm not a big dancer =S

Because of having no money and/or the concert themselves being in another town, I've missed out on Metallica, Megadeth, Nine Inch Nails, Lamb of God, and Whitehapel. Those are the ones I can remember. But I did see Protest the Hero at Warped Tour a few years ago. They're the only band I remember.

I'm not planning to go to any right now.

I've only ever gone to two concerts in my life.

Lights and Nightwish.

They were both excellent.

Yeh they are amazing live. I know what you mean about not really knowing what to do with yourself. Yeh some people will dance but you dont have to of course :p Just stand off to the side and enjoy it or get squashed down at the front so you have an excuse not to dance :p
