Music as a whole is a collection of good sounding beats and rhythms that appeal to the human brain.
A cacophonous jumble of random sounds, words and beats, with a very faint beat underneath it (so it still qualifies as music) would still just sound like a complete pile of shit to the average human being.

Ok here's one I might be dead wrong about but worth a try. Most 1st gen punk (IE The Sex Pistols and The Clash) are about rebelling, politics and going against the social norms. Also another note is I love all the gens of punk. It's just want I've noticed.
