Ender's Game. Just the Battle School part with armies floating across the room.

Actually, I just did some quick research, and apparently this game IS being made. Eventually. Whee!

Psychonauts 2. The ending to one even set up the main character to become a secret agent psychonaut. That would have been fucking amazing.

A new BattleToads game...

Come on, this is a classic, and it just disappear.

And a new Urban/Desert/Jungle Strike... EA owns that license...

Battalion Wars 3, and Battlefield 2143 are the only games that come to mind.

In nine years I'll add Team Fortress 3 to the list.

[sub] Hey! All games end with three! What a co-inkidink![/sub]

Duke Nukem Forever.

Do I win now?
Half Life 2: Episode 3.

I think it's a tie, hun :p
Well played, madam, well played indeed.

However! Valve is made of awesome, and thus will get Ep 3 out eventually. Even if it is 10 years from now.

Too Human 2?
really? why would you want to subject us to another?

Silicon Knights should instead bring out a sequel to Eternal Darkness. That game was awesome.
Yes, Denis Dyack needs to get off the high-horse that he's been riding and just do what everyone's been telling him to do for years now. I live within easy driving distance of the Silicon Knights headquarters, and it is getting harder and harder not to just go there and slap him sane.
you should. And kick him in the shins for me. Maybe pee on his shoe

Warcraft 4. The RTS, not anywhere near an MMO related thing.

I'd really like a God of War prequel that has gameplay surrounding the part where you fight as Kratos as a Spartan captain, kill dudes with a sword and shield, eventually get the blades of chaos, chop the barbarian dude's head off, kill your family, begin your quest to kill Ares.

Dino Crisis 3... a real one, done with the RE5 co-op mechanic if possible. Since horror survival games stopped being scary around 2001, and zombie games aren't using real zombies anymore, might as well go back to dinosaur hunting. I still have fond memories of running for my life and having a hard time scrounging for non-lethal stun darts.... good times. DC2 was a blast too, though guns and ammo were a tad too plentiful and overpowered - fun but not scary. Might as well use the fun-but-not-scary model that is the RE5 engine and tack on a new coat of paint.

And before anyone mentions the Xbox DC3 - no, I don't acknowledge the existence of that horrible sequel. There's no time travel, it's set in space, and they aren't even really dinosaurs. The spiritual sequel Dino Stalker's not any better either since it's a mediocre lightgun game.

Vagrant Story 2. God I wanted a sequel to that game, so amazing. Plus Ivalice > any other world Square ever created.
NOOOOOooooo! The original creator of that game left the company ages back. It wouldn't be the same.

And Vagrant Story had a fantastic resolution. Making VS2 would be like Metal Gear Solid 2 all over again.

EDIT: For me, a sequel to the Sega Saturn's Guardian Heroes. We needs more games like that. Come ON Treasure.
You misunderstand. I wouldn't dare want one now, not with Matsuno working on other titles. I meant back then I wanted one, just because the game was so amazing. And the ending is great, but could easily tell the story of what happened to Ashley after everything, plus having the Blood Sin could of made for an interesting new game mechanic.

unfortunately none of those people work at Squeenix anymore
Yeah, Matsuno got sick and retired for a few years, the rest abandoned ship after FF12 was complete for fear of Nomura getting power. I don't blame them, I view Nomura getting power as the worst thing to happen to Square other than the merger.
