Well I just beat Infinite Undiscovery and I loved the fact that ALL the characters storylines are wrapped up.

I love the Silent Hill 2 ending for the genuine emotion.

... and the best "to be continued" ever was Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver 2. The line is as follows:
"History abhors a paradox."

Infamous had an awesome story arc leading to an explosive ending, so it has to be my favorite.

At least one of the endings from Dragon Age Origins (I've only beaten it once so far, as far as I can tell, there are at least 4 other endings).
Both endings for Mass Effect.
Both endings for Fallout 3 (pre-DLC).
Beyond Good and Evil.
The "Bad Ending" from Silent Hill 2.
Oh, and the ending of Half-Life 2.

Indiana Jones and the fate of Atlantis (yay for 3 different endings!), Day of the Tentacle, Warcraft 3, Fallout 2 (where it wrapped up EVERYTHING you did, right o wrong, during the game, not a couple of still frames - fallout 3 I'm looking at you), Baldur's Gate 2, Another world, Full throttle (where you see all the bunnies).

Why would anyone hurt you for that. I wouldn't say it's the best ending but it would definately be top 25.

it might not be the same to you, but i find it's almost ruined by the laughable way auron disappears, plus wakka( at least to me) was making some pretty stupid noises. but i generally liked the ending.

O.T i don't have a favourite ending. i just have a few i like, but none stand out to me.
