The first time I saw ot fuzz I was a bit grossed out by some of the camera work in the particularly gorier moments of the film. But I really like it.
Though I suppose in terms of film moments which genuinely made me want to be sick...there's that bit in Star Trek II (Wrath of Khan) where Chekov and the other astronaut bloke go down to the planet they want to use the genesis device on and they get captured by Khan. Khan puts these worm things into their ears to make them tell the truth, they have all these shots where the creatures burrow into the side of their head and they scream out in pain. That just stands out to me from all the gross moments I've seen, despite the fact that it had no blood or dismemberment.
Also I threw up the day I after I tried sitting through that God-awful pece of shit I'm not there. Does that count?

Mm, when Pinhead comes back from being that statue in Hellraiser 3. That was more than mildly disturbing, even though I watched it just last Halloween (I.e. I wasn't a little kid- if I had seen that as a kid I would be in an asylum right now. Didn't take much to freak me out. Jurassic Park, cough.)
The scene in 28 Weeks Later where Robert Carlyle's character gets infected by the virus and pushes his fingers through his wife's eyes...lovely.

Also, the scene in Cabin Fever where the girl is shaving her legs in the shower when, thanks to the nasty disease she's caught, her skin starts to peel off. I don't usually get too worked up over a little gore in films, but that made me feel rather ill.

That scene from About Shmitt, you know the one; where you see Kathy Bates full-frontal. That scene has scared me for life... Then I saw something much worse.
I think mine is a saw torture. I can't find the youtube clip but it's one where a guy is getting pig guts dumped all over him. Ugh Gross.
