Grodon travles and finds the apacher scince ship. He searches through the ship and finds the body of Chell and parts of glados. The ship is then attacked by the combine, and Gordon must grab a portal gun and use it. Because of its damage, it make a rip in the space time continuem and Gordon is sent into the Gman's world. He learns all of his chooses were picked by Gman, and the other creatures in the Gman's world teach Gordon how to escape this control. Gordon then has a final battle with Gman, but he says that unless Gordon gives up his freedom, he will kill Alyx and all of Gordons other friends. Just then the combine come in, and you need to either chase down Gman and kill him, causeing a super explosion killing all the combine, you, and Alyx, or leacing Gman alone to save Alyx. You then leave the portal with her, and the many combine soldiers are traped in the Gman's world. It dose not stop the combines control like killing Gman dose, but it is a serios blow.

Probably the most un-Half-Life storyline I've ever heard.

We discover that Gordon Freeman, never existed. The G-man used his weird powers to impose a shared illusion of a gun-slinging physicist on mankind so that they would wait for him to take all the measures against The Combine that they could easily take themselves to drag out the conflict and ensure that his alien defense-contractor/mercenary service stays in business.

But then we find Glados and she hooks up with the G-man, so they leave the earth forever to live on the moon, taking the Combine with them for some reason, and dispelling the Gordon Freeman illusion. Humanity goes into a depressive state for a week because of the revelation that their supposed savior never existed, Then Jesus Christ returns to be humanity's true savior, the cranky scientist who invented the Sticky Bomb from the end of the episode 2 learns the true meaning of Christmas, and all will be well, Fini.
