hopefully, i've given up my addiction of throwing myself at jerk men. the guy i'm seeing now is a sweet enough type, so i hope he doesn't mutate into a dragon-beast like all the others did.

Smoking, of course i'm smoking again but I was going through a pack a day and went cold turkey. Some small head aches and cravings the first two days but the third day I was in class and I went from being just fine to feeling like my world was crashing down. My skin started to crawl and I felt really worried for no real reason, I was incredibly anxious and got out of class got a pack smoked it over 2 days and after that didn't smoke for like 2 months. I have a lot of respect for people that have smoked for like 30 years and quit, I don't know how they manage it. I've only smoked for two-ish years and my experience just makes me never wanna quit, of course I will again before I go off to college this year.

I don't think it's an addiction, but I had trouble breaking my nail chewing habit. There are a lot of other things I'd like to stop doing, but sometimes I just don't have the strength of will.

After a few days of smoking pot I found myself jones-ing for it. Weird as it isn't addictive, perhaps is was laced. Took a few days to overcome but it wasn't anything physically or mentally exhausting. I still smoke it, but like once every few months, fuck buying it for myself, I can't stand the waiting.

Smoking doesn't make any sense to me to begin with, but good for you guys that have quit, I'm still waiting on some friends of mine.

The closest I've come to an addiction was when I used to read all the time except for when I needed to eat, sleep, shower, or use the bathroom. I read so much that it would interrupt my schoolwork, my relationships with my friends, and my relationship with my family. I liked to escape and books were good for that.
