I didn't find that section any better than normal, the game was great though. The ending...well that sucked.
If someone has spoiled that for me I wouldn't he believed them, I wouldn't believe it to be so...unsatisfying.
I thought it was the most effective scene. Stuff like Vito's Mum dying (which was really well put together and acted) held barely any relevance because you saw her for all of 5 minutes.
every halo game except reach and 2, assassins creed (I was furious when my friend told me the ending), modern warfare 2, bioshock, and Half-life 2. probably a couple more too, but i don't remember
This is what i read i was watching a trailer to Black Ops and a Troll posted that comment i was annoyed because it really frustrated me not because of what he said thou
the whole Campaign i was like 'oh is this where they die' and i was waiting for the impeding doom to happen and it happened as it must. so i felt that the campaign was boring cause i knew what happened and it was alright.
has a game ending ever been spoiled for you? What Game Was it?
I have had both the first and second Assassin's Creed games spoiled for me. But I did not care as at the time there was a very little chance of me playing through them. Also from reading stuff on this site I found out the ending to RDR. Spoilers don't bother me usually because I ask people about them.
I was wondering whether i should buy it (this was a couple of years after it came out) I didn't know much bout it so i wiki'd it and read through the plot out of curiosity. Haven't forgiven myself yet.
Pretty much everything I've ever had spoiled has been by ME in that very same way! Stupid wikipedia. I have this annoying desire to read about everything on there and invariably there's some sort of spoiler going on in the first coupla sentences!
I managed to spoil Jak 2:
Saw a youtube video which reveals that he actually speaks in the second game, really spoiled it for me when I finally played it... like a coupla week ago!
I spoiled Uncharted:
Read the description for Uncharted 3 which mentions Victor Sullivan rejoins Nate in the game for another adventure. Of course I'd only played Uncharted to the point where we were supossed to believe Sully was dead.
I spoiled StarFox Adventures:
Read online somewhere that Andros was the final boss. I would NOT have seen that coming and I was so annoyed!
I spoiled MGS4 as well:
Found out before the end of the game that Big Boss wasn't actually dead. Grr!
However, somehow, I have learned to avoid the internet and NOT read about games. I usually wait until I've played one before I listen to Yahtzee's reviews as well... ya know, just in case!
Luckily I got away with not finding out about: Mass Effect 1 & 2/Bioshock 1 & 2/Fallout 3 & New Vegas/Red Dead Redemption/Any of the Halos/Dead Space 1 & 2

Seriously though, you hated all of the WW2 games. Seems to me that that's really the only reason for that, because in its core, CoD 2 = every single CoD game after it.
If you don't want to get spoiled, don't go onto the Internet and look at videos etc about them. You should all know how many assholes there are on Youtube and other sites, so searching around (more specifically reading the comments) is just tempting fate.
I rarely watch trailers/gameplay stuff so I don't get spoiled, it's simple as that.
I borrowed the game from a buddy of mine, and and had it about a month. But during that month, I actually only played it a little, so I was still at the third target, when my friend came over. Hew asked me how I was doing in AC, and I said decent,
He asked me what I thought of the twist, with your mentor actually being a Templar.
Not really significant, but really the only one I can think of.
Thankfully none of Black Ops or MW2 was spoiled for me, I was actually surprised when I got shot by Shepard..
Also I was very confused in BO when I saw 'Reznov' dead on the floor with Mason's tag over him..? Then I realised..
OT: Back in the day when I was all geared up for Red Faction: Guerrilla.. but then someone had to go and tell me that you get betrayed half-way through by Jenkins.. still I was too involved to see it coming..
