Yes, and frankly I'm not surprised. I do appear to be a bit racist. I act upon assumptions of behaviours and attributes that seem to correlate with race. I don't like Lebanese people, not as a rule, and I'm not going to treat one badly off the bat, but in my experience the majority have been dicks to me, in the same way I don't like old people driving because the majority of slow drivers have been elderly. If you asked me what my impression was of young Lebanese men, I'd tell you that they're thugs, they wear Nike fits and tracksuit pants, move in packs and don't know when to shut up and let live, because that's most of the ones I've met. The fact is that people belong to different groups, and some of those groups are linked with race.
I also have problems with people who work in communications jobs but can hardly string a sentence together in the native language of the country they're working in, or have an accent so harsh that the majority of people can't understand what they're saying. I had a phone call from my bank recently. To this day I have no idea what the problem was, because after four repetitions I still didn't know what the hell the guy was saying, and when I rang back it was the same guy. Also university lecturers. And this often correlates with race, unsurprisingly. It's not racist, but it may be misconstrued as such.
I don't see myself as racist, because any assumptions I have are not unfounded, I am disliking attributes associated with people of a race rather than the race itself and I don't consider people of other races to be lesser people, but I can understand why others would see me as racist.
